“we stayed at this cabin for just a couple of days at the end of september 2026. when we arrived the cabin was lovely things went smoothly checking in. immediately we found a sticky trap full of dead flies and the was just the beginning. the next couple of days in the house were littered with gnat. they were EVERYWHERE. i did inform the host. she was very helpful at first. offered me late check out a refund. so we got over it the house was beautiful location is great. we left went home 2 weeks went by still no refund. so i messaged jenna letting her know that since we never received the refund we were promised i told her i would be posting an honest review. considering we never got a refund and the house was INFESTED with flies. then she proceeded to call me hostile and say she was going to write me a review like i did something wrong? not sure if i can post pictures but i have screenshots of my messages with jenna and i have pictures of dead gnats and live gnats littering her house.”

“We had a great stay in Campton NH. We stayed here as we had a wedding at Owl’s Nest and the location was perfect. We had an issue with an immense amount of fruit flies while we were there, in both the kitchen and the bathroom on the first floor. We hadn’t left any open food or open windows. Jenna was extremely responsive and attentive to this issue. While it was a nuisance, it was a harmless issue. We appreciated Jenna having her maintenance guy drop some traps and other supplies off for us.”

“A great place — everything is new and clean, and we had everything we needed at the house. The surroundings are very peaceful. One thing to know: this unit doesn't actually have a mountain view, which was fine for us, but worth flagging. Jenna is helpful and polite, though responses were a bit slow — the water was shut off when we arrived and it took a while to hear back. Overall a lovely stay.”

“My colleagues and I rented this home as we had a conference at Waterville Valley (about a 15 minute drive). The home was clean, comfortable and peaceful.”
