Manager Review

Nomadness Rentals

Nomadness Rentals's guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Nice place, best part is all the bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with normal beds that are good for adults, the basement/ den has a full size bunk bed, and one room upstairs has mini bunk beds strictly for kids. Comfortably only sleeps 8-10 adults so just be aware. Listing advertised for 16. There are no pool towels and there was no coffee nor cooking oil. Those feel like they should just come with a vacation home. Other than that the place was awesome and the location is spot on.

We really enjoyed our girls weekend! Everything was great and we loved the hot tub!

Such a beautiful space! We frequent the Air BBs in the Colorado mountains, and my 3 kids were SO excited for all of the space and amenities in this one. Very clean... it was warm inside in the middle of summer, but they provided literally everything possible to help keep us cool besides central air. We enjoyed having a pool and the spacious balconies. My only complaint was the building... it's older (like most mountain places), but also, the layout is very confusing. We tried our best to follow the instructions provided, but still got lost a few times. And we weren't the only ones wandering around trying to find our way to checkin. It was great overall; so good, we extended our stay by a night while we were there! No discount offered though, which was disappointing since the place wasn't booked for the extra night anyway.

I stood there for 5 days with 9 people, we were given 1 roll of paper towels. the bathrooms had only 2 bath towels each, no hand towels or wash cloths. only 1 bathroom had an extra roll of toilet paper. when I reached out to the host I was sent a photo showing more toilet paper and hand cloth however the picture did not match the room i was in. I was told we needed to buy extra if we wanted it. besides that the area was very nice

Definitely one of the best places we have stayed at in Mammoth. they have everything you need and then some. the beds are pretty comfortable and so is the living room area. would highly recommend 👌 the only hard this is the cancelation policy, which is within 24 hours for a full refund. otherwise, this place is 10/10

Title: Terrible customer service — charged $2,300 and refused to help with date change I booked this listing and paid $2,300 in full. Five days before my reservation I had an unavoidable work emergency and asked the host/company to change my dates or offer a reasonable alternative. They refused to work with me, offered no compromise, and would not provide a partial refund or credit. For a high-cost booking this level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable. Pros: property looked fine in photos Cons: inflexible cancellation/change policy, unhelpful customer service, poor communication, charged a large sum with zero accommodation for emergencies If you travel for work or may need flexibility, do not book here. I’ll be disputing the charge with my payment provider and will not use or recommend this host/company.

Our family of 4 would not stay here again. There were some pluses: location is great (you're within very easy walking distance to the slopes), and the game room was a great feature, the beds are also comfy. The negatives outweigh, however. We stayed 6 nights and were only provided one wash cloth a person; we requested more and were told it would cost $25 for a trip fee, plus another fee for each additional linen (!!!). The unit is quite dated. The layout is not very good (two bedrooms on the main floor with a shared very nice bathroom; the master is upstairs and has a very small closet and not as nice of a bathroom). The kitchen utensils and pots/pans are in really bad shape and there wasn't a cookie sheet. There are no chairs on the balcony. Trims were missing out of three lights in the kitchen. There is no elevator, and you have to climb two flights of stairs with all your bags, walk down a long hallway and go through a total of four doors before ever getting to your unit.

Ensure to ask about parking before showing up. directions on the portal don't seem very clear and the neighbor is very stern.
