Upon arrival our reservation was not sent to the front desk causing a 45 min check in delaying me to my birthday dinner. Parking passes were not available as stated and we had to walk blocks in the rain. After checkin we were put in a unit with a broken a/c. The following day after getting moved into another room it was dirty and even after reporting this to the host it still was never cleaned. We were still unable to receive a parking pass for the dirty unit we were moved into. Overall this made a horrible birthday experience and I would’ve rather stayed somewhere else. The only thing I enjoyed was the rooftop pool and receiving the reimbursement for parking.

There is nothing luxury about this place. House was full of fruit flies Parking was $40 for a day, they should have mentioned this upfront Bed was too small not even queen size they should have mentioned upfront Photos are not representing its actual size. Having just good furniture don’t comfort guests stay.

Amazing stay and amazing accommodations. However the fact that you have to request certain things outside the Airbnb app is a little problematic. Requested late checkout but communication was outside Airbnb and I didn’t know the request was denied. Everything else is amazing. Just the communication outside Airbnb app is problematic.

I have been staying at Nómada for work 3 weeks during a 6 week period. Up until now the units have all been great, really too notcch, until i stayed in the most recent unit. Smaller than the others even though they are all 1 bedroom the unit in the kitchen social area feels cluttered. The bed horrible, 1 huge pan to make eggs, toaster took 15 minutes to toast an english muffin on the highest setting: sunoar to saybthe least. The icing on the cake was the malfunctioning door lock. Came home one day and the door was completely unlocked and on the last day it did jot work at all and all i got was “sorry, have a good trip home. “ Oh and to top it off 3 hours after I left I received a message saying I was overstaying and needed to check out asap which I had notified them 3 hours prior when I informed them I could not lock the door because the lock was not working sooo. I won’t stay at that unit ever again and Nomasa really need to work on their CS.

This place tried to charge me $1,999 stating their cooktop was broken during my stay. That is impossible because I never cooked anything during my stay. This stay is not worth it. I do not recommend this place at all. It’s over priced and the view consists of a lot of construction. 0 stars. Be careful with this place. Just book elsewhere

When paying several thousand dollars for a stay, at minimum a basic level of service and comfort is expected, which was not reflected here. Noise was a major issue. From the balcony, baseball games were extremely loud even on the 21st floor and regularly disruptive. The other side of the building has constant construction noise throughout the day, so neither side offers a quiet environment. There is also no luggage storage available, which is a basic convenience and was mentioned by other guests at reception. Communication and coordination were poor throughout the stay. We were requested to make a payment outside the Airbnb platform and placed in a “pay and wait” situation regarding whether we could continue staying, creating unnecessary stress and lack of clarity. We were asked for a $60 prepayment to possibly receive a late check-out, with confirmation only about one hour before check-out, which is not practical. The experience was disappointing for the price paid.

I booked this place and the host forgot to check us in inside the building. Glad I canceled immediately my booking with them and got a refund. They are so unprofessional. I will never book with them again! Be careful.

It was nice, but the hallway within the unit is very tiny. You walk into the unit, down the small hallway, past the bathroom and bedroom, to reach the kitchen/living area. I did not enjoy the unit's layout, as there are no windows in the bedroom. The unit was clean, but the shower did not get hot; the best we got was lukewarm. The property overlooked a baseball field, which I did not enjoy. I attempted to book late checkout, which does cost money, and even though I messaged the host the night before to see if it was approved, I was told I would hear back in the morning (the day of my checkout). I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out again the day of checkout, around 9 am, to see if late checkout had been approved. The host messaged back that it wasn't. Checkout is at 11 am. If you are going to stay at this a particular aparthotel, I would say go for an room with ocean view, and see if you are lucky enough to get a bedroom with windows.

I had a situation occur and they resolved it horrible which was an result of us having to leave the property and I didn’t receive any money back from it. Was there a day and a half only and I wasn’t able to contact anyone to resolve the issue.
