“The beds aren’t very comfortable. The mattresses are thin, and you can feel the bed slats underneath. Our apartment had a very low bed that looked nothing like the tall bed shown in the listing photos. However, they moved us to a different apartment.”

“Place was nice and clean. Only issue is the check in. I understand the early check in fee if it’s hours before, but 29 mins before and you still want me to pay $60. I think thats a little ridiculous. Overall, it’s was a nice stay”

“Todo muy bien, súper buena ubicación, fácil Parqueo. Súper iluminado. Solo cambiaría la lavadora es extremadamente ruidosa. Y falta utensilios de cocina, son muy pocos. Pero igual si tuviera que volver lo haría sin duda alguna. Muchas gracias.”

“Tuve una estancia agradable el alojamiento es tal cual las fotos! Solamente que tuve un tema al final, yo habia avisado de antemano antes de alojarme que me alojaba con mi mascota de servicio y estaba todo ok, luego cuando me fui me querian cobrar un adicional de limpieza por mi mascota de servicio diciendo que no estaba autorizada, totalmente fuera de lugar cuando yo avise antes de realizar la reserva, avise tanto a ellos como a airbnb en soporte y me han informado que no habia ningun problema e incluso no pueden cobrarte absolutamente nada ya que es de servicio por salud. Y por otro lado si bien informan q no se pueden recibir paquetes en el departamento, me parece alocado ya que estuve un mes alli y pretendian q lo mande a otra direccion cuando yo estaba de turismo. Pero en si el departamento y edificio muy lindo.”

“He usado muchas veces el servicio en Quadro District Design, son varias empresas que rentan en este edificio pero Nómada últimamente quiere cobrar porque una toalla se manchó y lavando se quita otro porque el día que salí comí en en comedor y no lave la losa ? O sea siempre uso esta estadía y nunca me habían cobrado por eso el caso es que dejé así y me cobraron más de 150 us por eso ya que no respondí nada. Ahora dejo la reseña ellos quieren que así como entregan limpio tú debes entregar limpio e impecable o si no te cobran 100 us por aseo?? Esto es real? Si si lo es porque me cobraron a mí. Es muy bueno el lugar pero ya están abusando con la nueva administración de nómada. Me seguiré quedando pero no con ellos”

“We paid for 20th floor and forced to move to 17th floor”

“Upon arrival our reservation was not sent to the front desk causing a 45 min check in delaying me to my birthday dinner. Parking passes were not available as stated and we had to walk blocks in the rain. After checkin we were put in a unit with a broken a/c. The following day after getting moved into another room it was dirty and even after reporting this to the host it still was never cleaned. We were still unable to receive a parking pass for the dirty unit we were moved into. Overall this made a horrible birthday experience and I would’ve rather stayed somewhere else. The only thing I enjoyed was the rooftop pool and receiving the reimbursement for parking.”

“There is nothing luxury about this place. House was full of fruit flies Parking was $40 for a day, they should have mentioned this upfront Bed was too small not even queen size they should have mentioned upfront Photos are not representing its actual size. Having just good furniture don’t comfort guests stay.”
