“This is a nice home in a great location but the home needs some maintenance for the premium price we paid. At the time we booked this house there weren't many houses available with at least 4 bedrooms right after the 4th of July weekend so that increased the price to be more than it's worth in my opinion but that's what can happen when you travel durring the busy season. The best part of the house is the second floor kitchen and living room area including the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is a priceless view. Cosmetically the exterior of the house including the exterior doors have a lot of rust showing. The thrid floor bathroom had rust around the tub. The water heater in the first floor bathroom barely worked so we had to shower in the 2nd floor. The dishwasher was broken and were told sorry we cant fix while you're there and new one arrives when you're gone. If we had paid half the price knowing the house had issues I would have been fine with it but we didn't know.”

“The accommodations were exactly as described and the pictures were helpful. I felt safe in the villa and the surrounding area. I particularly liked that the community was gated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Wonderful experience. Thank you!”

“We had a week to spend before moving into our new home, and this rental met our needs adequately. The house is conveniently located close to the beach, just a short walk to to the water, which was practical for our family. Having stores and restaurants nearby was beneficial for quick trips. The small fenced backyard worked well for our dogs, providing a secure area for them to be outside. Karen was responsive and the communication was efficient, ensuring that our stay went smoothly. Overall, a solid experience for our temporary housing situation.”

“This was a wonderful location to stay if you like it calm and relaxing. The beach was very close and beautiful. The unit was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was a short 10 minute drive to the mainland and restaurants.”
