“We had the best time staying here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! The location was perfect and made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The backyard and pool were definitely the highlight. We spent so much time out there and it was the perfect place to hang out as a group. The movie theater was such a fun bonus. We watched Love Island and Off Campus together and it honestly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The hosts were amazing to work with. They answered every question we had so quickly and were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. This house was perfect for our group of girls and made my sister’s bachelorette weekend even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale!”

“The best bachelorette house ever! 💖 The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for the perfect girls weekend. The location was great, the amenities were amazing, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and celebrate. We spent an entire day at the pool playing games and had the best time. We also used the movie theater for our game night and had a blast. Nikki and Mason were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us out when we ran into a small issue with our stay. We made so many incredible memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our bachelorette trip. Highly recommend!”

“I live in the same neighborhood as the property is located. We needed a place for family to stay for our wedding celebrations. The bed count allowed us to rent a single home instead of multiple locations. This helped to keep family together and coordination much simpler. The family loved the property. The pool and kayaks received plenty of use. When the AC had issues, it was promptly repaired . A late check out was offered without asking as an apology for the AC issue. We highly recommend the property for its appearance, location and management. Doug & Marvin”

“If you’re planning a trip to Fort Lauderdale with family/friends and want to be close to Las Olas Blvd while still being in a nice peaceful residential community. Then this place is for you! I was absolutely blown away with how great this place was for the cost. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought and care into this place. The house was in excellent shape and already came with enough bath, pool, and beach towels that we only had to run them through the wash once with 6 people. They include tons of games, beach chairs, bath/kitchen/home amenities, and more. The backyard was great and felt quite private too. There were lots of easy instructions, labels, and excellent responsiveness making the stay as stress free as possible! A huge detail that we noticed immediately was the quality of the doors, furniture, and appliances. The hosts very clearly had our comfort and experience in mind with every single detail. I can’t recommend the place enough and I will more than likely be back again!”

“We had a fantastic stay at Tiki on the River! Nikki and Mason were wonderful hosts—very responsive, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed, even delivering extra towels during our stay. The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. We especially loved the pool and outdoor hangout areas, which were perfect for relaxing and spending time together, celebrating our bachelorette party! We had 11 girls and had more than enough space. The location was excellent—close to the beach and Las Olas Boulevard, with easy access to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and walkable, with several local bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, we highly recommend Tiki on the River and would gladly stay here again!”

“First thing first is Nikki was a 10/10 host. So help full and SO AMAZINGLY responsive. I mean I would message her and she would respond immediately. Next the place, I mean what a dream place to stay. Inside was so homey and clean and outside was beautiful and amazing. She left me everything I could ever need. So close to the beach so close to amazing restaurants that I will forever dream about. Publix, target, coffee shops, gas stations, everything you could need is only 4 minutes away! Perfect and peaceful neighborhood. I will be coming back to staying with Nikki! Thank you so much for everything!”

“My friends and I stayed in this home this past weekend and enjoyed every bit of it! Prior to booking, my group lost out previous Airbnb due to the house having some plumbing issues. I messaged the host for this home and explained to them our current situation and they were so accommodating! The host was very understanding and supportive and allowed us to check in same day with no issues. The house was super clean and cozy, great amenities, fully stocked kitchen; we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We loved how close in proximity it was to local restaurants and bars and the beach as well. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!”
