“Was very cool and old school in a good location and good communication and good priced. The only down side is that it says sleeps 4 and it can sleep 4 for sure if 2 people don’t mind sleeping apart 2 in the bed and one on each coach.”

“You cannot beat this location. You can easily walk to downtown and all the sports arenas. If you need a place to stay near there, you cannot beat this one. It's also blocks away from both casual and fine dining. The entire area is being upscaled with new construction. There should be new places whenever you go. The building has character and is a bit older, but it has everything you need. We would stay there again!”

“Stayed here when going to a concert at Ford Field, and it was a perfect location to walk directly to the venue. The space was as described and great for 2 people. Would def stay again. Only minor thing was that the minisplit ACs in the bedroom and living area were a bit loud when running. Old building things. I do love staying in historic places like this though.”

“The apartment we stayed in was so cute and conveniently located within walking distance to Ford Field. We struggled with the passcode, however Riaz was super helpful at getting us in with a new code! The place was extremely clean and free of clutter. The only complaints would be the mattress was super hard and my son said he was very uncomfortable on the sleeper sofa. I’d also maybe add curtains in the bedroom to block out the bright sunlight so early in the morning.”

“We love Brush park area and the renovated historic buildings. Nice location and short walk to Ford Field, Comerica Park and Little Caesars Arena. No parking on site but plenty of street parking available, although the safety of the street parking is questionable based on the amount of window glass on the curb. We do feel safe in the area and we had zero security issues during our stay. The only issue we encountered was the described second bed, which we understood was a pull out sofa bed was actually just a sofa with storage under the cushion and there was a lack of bedding (pillows and blankets) for the sofa. It was an uncomfortable sleep for the 2 adults that had to share the sofa. This unit was not suitable for 4 adults although we had selected 4 adults when booking. The unit was clean and spacious, great location, and easy to access. Great unit for 2 or 3 adults but not 4.”

“The stay was good. Check in/out was seamless. Some good spots to visit nearby before venturing downtown. Street parking was free, but it’s Detroit so you never know safety-wise. There were plenty of secured parking locations nearby. Overall, great stay for a good price!”
