NH Home Team's guest rating of 4.66 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This was one of the most conscious Airbnbs I’ve rented. Everything in this accommodation is so well thought out. For those who really cares about their health and the environment that is a great choice. Right away, we noticed only stainless steel and glass cookware everything in great quality and well taken care of immaculately clean. 100% cotton linens all the way to the shower curtain. Such a warm and inviting stay with a great desk area for traveling professionals. She was able to accommodate our late checkout on a Friday night to finish the workday. Had everything we needed for cleaning needs and cozy vibes! Highly recommended for a great location in Manchester.”airbnb

“The unit is in great proximity to downtown and is largely as described in the listing. Where I would like to make note where differences or things were unexpected largely would be the lay out of the unit. It is noted to be a 2 king bedroom unit an while there are two king beds they are not in the same unit. They are divided by a common space on two separate floors - if we were looking for a more hotel type set up we could have gotten that which was unfortunate. It should also be noted that the studio unit is EXTREMELY small which is noted but there is not room for suitcases and there isn’t a closet even to hang things up or hide things and as mentioned the space outside this is common area so you can’t jus leave it out there. I would recommend this as a one bedroom unit but it’s a bit more complicated for a two bedroom.”airbnb

“Great place for a ski getaway in park city! Perfect for a solo traveler or couple, only about 10 minute walk from Main Street shops and restaurants and very easy for the bus to town / Deer Valley. Hot tub was great too. Shared amongst a few buildings in the complex but I was always the only one there. Highly recommend!”airbnb

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at your rental in Park City last week. We highly recommend it to others. We like to stay in accommodations that afford comfort, style and functionality. Your place ranks high in each of these qualities. We especially appreciated the separation between the bedroom and main areas, which provides both spaciousness and individual privacy.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful time staying here. It was pristine and exactly like the pictures. The location was very convenient for getting to Town Lift and Main Street. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Park City!”airbnb

“Great spot for a weekend of skiing and checking out Main Street. Super short walk to the free transit to PC mountain was great for our skiing days. Walking to Main Street was also under 10 minutes. Very updated spot with great bedding and blankets, and the cutest ski wallpaper you will ever see in the bathroom :) the spot for ski storage at bottom of stairs was very convenient as well.”airbnb
