“The house was nice and comfortable. It would be nice if they supplied a decent broom to sweep with. We didn’t like being right next to the main road, it is very busy and noisy all the time.”

“Loved the house. Very clean and comfortable. However, we reported plumbing issues shortly after check-in and these issues were not resolved within our stay there. Other than that, we enjoyed the house, and loved our stay in Port A. Would book again if the plumbing issues were taken care of.”

“Was notified a few hours before checking that toilet paper, soap and trash bags were only provided for half the stay. Ive been staying at airbnbs for years and never encountered this. Had to make an emergency run to store to go buy these essentials. Not even budget airbnbs skimp on toilet paper and soap. They require you to take trash out but only left us with 1 day of bags. House and pool were fantastic but couldn't shake how we spent thousands to have such stingy hosts. they also texted it to me instead of sending through portal.”

“5 stars for location and interior **but pool and pool area was not at all usable.** This condo is a 5 minute walk over the dunes to the beach. It was also in a very family friendly place on the beach (at least for when we were there!). We felt safe and relaxed. 5 stars also for the interior of this condo. It’s modern, immaculately clean and smells good, and extremely comfortable inside to escape the sand of the beach. My only frustration is that the pool was not functioning whatsoever. It was extremely green and not usable, not even nice to sit around since it was so yucky looking. A mom I chatted with said last year when she stayed the pool was also not usable. I spent a lot of time browsing places with a pool and it was important to me, so I was pretty disappointed about it. They need to stay on top of the upkeep of the pool in order to be competitive with all of the other places that offer a usable pool. If a pool is not important to you, then the condo may be perfect for you.”

“If I could give this stay zero stars, I would.The home was not clean upon arrival. We documented everything with photos and notified the host during our stay.Because of the home's condition, we were uncomfortable using some amenities, including the kitchen, and spent part of our vacation documenting issues instead of enjoying our trip. Our dissatisfaction was hardly acknowledged and there was no effort to remedy the situation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.”

“The property itself was nice, and the view was one of the best parts of our stay. The location and overall appearance met our expectations. Unfortunately, several issues negatively impacted our experience. The restroom doors did not have functioning locks, creating privacy concerns. The stove was also not working during our stay. Maintenance attempted repairs, but the issue remained unresolved. A major safety concern was the elevator, which malfunctioned multiple times. On one occasion, a child in our group became trapped inside for an extended period, which was frightening and unacceptable. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up or accommodation after these issues occurred. Despite the inconvenience and safety concerns, no alternative solution, compensation, or partial refund was offered. While the property has potential and beautiful views, better maintenance, guest safety measures, and customer service are needed to improve the guest experience.”

“I was disappointed with the cleanliness and safety during my stay. When I arrived, one of the locks to the suite didn’t work, which delayed my entry while the maintenance man brought out spare keys. Later in my stay, the same lock malfunctioned again and locked me out of the suite. I was initially told I would not be able to get back into my room until the next morning, which was extremely frustrating. After continued communication, and telling them I would arrange a locksmith myself they eventually sent maintenance and a locksmith and I was able to regain access, but it was nearly 1 a.m. by that point. I do want to recognize the maintenance man. He was professional, helpful, and did everything he could to assist when the lock issues occurred. My concerns are not with him, but with the condition of the property and how the situation was handled The location was good, but the lock and cleanliness issues had a significant impact on my stay. I hope these are addressed for future guests.”

“The house was good for the family. It’s in a great location and we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before. There were some issues on basic things that were provided. I don’t think the house was completely cleaned before we got there and it should’ve been since we paid a good price for it. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.”

“Good location, great stay! Only real complaint is that the listing clearly says and shows two sets of bunk beds and there is only one.”
