“Great stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. In fact I am looking forward to it. The condo is perfect. I like that there is actually a separate bedroom. The condo community is small myself so not too crowded. We didn’t have to fight for parking. It has a view of the beach, not directly looking out to the beach but we just sat on the beach. Loved this place!!”

“We have traveled to many condos before and this is one of the best. Excellent location to the pool and beach. The views are beautiful and the property came with everything needed to start our vacation. We had family staying at other properties near by and they loved the layout of this condo . We look forward to returning.”

“Beautiful place in a really great town. This is a good option if you want immediate beach access just outside of busier areas in town. Very clean, very quiet, with a very short drive to livelier places.”

“Our Condo was amazing. 1st floor right on the beach!! It was exactly as advertised. it was so peaceful. there's a lot of great restaurants close by. we will definatly stay there on our next trip to New Smyrna Beach.”

“The apartment was perfect for our needs! The balcony has a great view of the lagoon area, and was a nice peaceful spot to have a morning coffee. As someone who frequents the area, we didn't need recommendations for nearby places, but The Garlic and Norwood's are two great places! The hosts were pretty quick to respond to any questions or concerns, as well as accommodating, leading up to our stay, we were grateful for that.”

“The stay was amazing. We stayed 4 nights, the place was very clean and looked just like all the photos. You do get limited cleaning pods for both the washer and dish washer. So be mindful of how you use it unless you go out and buy your own. You don’t have garage access, so you must go around the building in order to get to your spot. Otherwise everything was great. Will recommend to others!”

“This oceanfront condo in New Smyrna Beach is a fantastic choice for a coastal getaway. The views are incredible, and the nautical decor creates a calming, modern beach house atmosphere throughout the space. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the host company was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It is also incredibly pet-friendly, and we really appreciated that our dogs were allowed to join us. With direct beach access and great pool amenities, it’s a seamless and relaxing spot for a family vacation. We would def book here again.”

“The place was lovely and relatively clean. The beds and space were comfy overall. Check in was easy and the complex was pretty nice. Fair warning that it IS NOT A BEACH VIEW, despite being listed as one and charging a beach view price. It’s a 10-15 minute walk across a large road from the beach. The “beach gear” was not great (dirty, broken) so bring or plan to buy your own. The host has some specific check out instructions that they email you so be prepared to do some chores before you leave.”
