“Sunrise is a great place. Pool area is awesome. No drive beach makes it great for kids. Kitchen was fully furnished. Short walk to Dollar General and other shops. Office for the condo was not open much but we didn’t need them. Overall is a great place to stay.”airbnb

“This is in a great location! The house is very cute and well kept. The backyard and outdoor shower are amazing. We were disappointed that it is actually only two bedroom. If they were considering the sunroom to be a bedroom, it should have a bed in it.”airbnb

“We love staying at Sea Coast Gardens III! Its right on the beach with no driving and you can't beat the pools! This was the first time in this unit and we were so thankful we were able to bring our dog. The unit looked like the photos and we enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the condo, but that was reported to management.”airbnb

“Well appointed home. Very clean and comfortable. Did not need a car, easy to walk to everywhere.”airbnb

“Great location, accurate description. Pool was game changer especially with little kids. Only reasons I’m not giving this 5/5 review are: - it’s Florida and it’s hot. They won’t let you turn AC below 74 during the day. - there were a few piles of dog poop in the turf in the yard - bang for buck not there — ie thought the price was high for the quality of the house”airbnb

“Condo needs updating. Has old furniture. Has a musty smell.”airbnb

“the good: great location and an easy walk to the beach and very good nonchain and delicious restaurants. also a short drive to smyrna dunes. and a very cute and beachy place. the bad: the a/c was not adequate. we were charged a 150 pet fee even though the airbnb listing said all fees inclusive and we disclosed a pet. didn't find out about this fee until we paid the nonrefundable amount in total.. we were given 1 trash bag for a week's rental. there were many roaches. I wouldn't recommend this in the spring/summer. maybe in the fall/winter. we left a day early because the indoor humidity and indoor temperature was unbearable. and while it may not matter to anyone else but me, all communication was from a company name, not a person.”airbnb

“The second night at this location law enforcement was called because our kids were outside playing at 10 pm, they then proceeded to tell me it happens all the time due to the neighbor and home owner having prior problems. Then we were made to pay $250 for cleaning fees a day after our stay and another $390 six days after. I book Airbnb weekly and this was by far my worst experience”airbnb

“I loved the condos in this complex. I stay frequently. However, 8-303 was a HUGE disappointment. Poorly maintained. Lacked advertised amenities. No garage parking; sticky self check in, ripped chaise lounger on the balcony, no screen on balcony(insects in the unit), molded coffee in the pot on arrival, questionable cleanliness of ice maker/ water dispenser on the refrigerator, game pieces behind the nightstand in the master. No games or activities in the unit. Limited supplies. Master bed is highly uncomfortable. This is a BARE BONES UNIT. NOT WORTH THE STAY.”airbnb
