New School Hosting

“We stayed here for a family reunion in late August. Could not have been happier! There is so much space to spread out and lots for kids to do while adults spend time together on the multiple porches. Loved using the hot tub and spa and watching the kids makes s’mores. Hiked at Shenandoah and visited some pools and other fun places. We did not get to water park but learned you need to book at least a day in advance to avoid high fees. Overall, a wonderful vacation. Our hosts were so accommodating!”

“Mountaintop Treehouse is a beautiful home on a quiet street. We loved everything about the house and were very impressed with how full it was stocked with anything you could possibly need. The house was quiet and comfortable and significantly exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very well stocked and furnished and an amazing location close to all Wintergreen mountain top amenities. Amy was very responsive too. Highly recommend!”

“The place was really nice and the host was very responsive , there was even a dog bed with two toys which was nice because we brought our 2 dogs with us! With it being in Massanutten there was lots of activities nearby and about 20 minutes away from a big chain grocery store which was also nice. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a terrific stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were especially impressed by how thoughtfully everything was set up. We never needed to reach out to the host during our stay because all the information was clear and all the supplies we could need were already there. The kids absolutely loved the game room, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was great, and the fire table was a big hit as well. The location was also fantastic, with so many great attractions nearby. We were just moments away from tubing, parks, and the pool, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

Home was equipped with pretty much everything you think you’ll need, you’ll feel right at home. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, it was a great fit for all ages.”
