NE Florida Furnished Rentals's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The Host was very responsive and friendly. The location was good. The home itself was a good sized but needed maintenance. Several lights did not work properly, no lights in the back yard or around the pool so was dark at night, living room fan light would not shut off, some lamps and the stove light didn't work. The porch screen was not secured to keep bugs and the porch flooring and areas around it need attention. The home really needed refreshing like the walls and flooring. The living TV was really high so that and the light issue we never utilized the living room. Also the AC had to be low and cold in the house otherwise it was really humid inside. They checked in on the AC but if we kept it cold it work The house was clean, good size, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and allowed early access/late check out but the owner of the property really needs to put work into it, which I believe is beyond the Hosts/PMs control. I think the cost was a bit high with the issues.”airbnb

“Floors and walls need a good scrubbing. Pool needs refinishing or a good cleaning. Water stains on lamps and some lamps don’t work. Automatic trash can doesn’t work (handle is decorative). Dishwasher doesn’t clean and vacuum doesn’t work well. Had to buy a broom to clean while staying for the week. Needs cleaning supplies and paper towels for long stays. Cigarette butts and beer cans in the back yard. Ribs discarded in the flowerbeds. We paid a very high cleaning fee for pets and did not receive a clean home to start with. Advertised as an Executive Stay and should be advertised as “comfortable” pool home, meaning don’t expect much. If you value a nest and tidy home, keep looking.”airbnb

“Would be nice to have an actual person to talk with if I was to need anything or to discuss things with all the executive auto generated long messages just made it seem like I was trying to by a place and not just be able to go and just have a place to relax and enjoy and all of the does and don't just made it not so much of a vacation felt as if I was walking on egg shells and not able to enjoy the time I paid for so yes if I go back to Jacksonville if will definitely be with someone else..”airbnb

“house was equipped and clean, good location for us, keep in mind apartment complex is 4 lanes across the street, but safe and no problems we were at this house for 3 weeks.”airbnb

“The house, pool and extras were great. It would have been a help to know when workers are arriving to schedule around them. We arrived Sunday evening. Obviously, if there is a pool, it needs maintenance to be beautiful. We turned Monday into a beach day because the pool guys came to shock the pool as we were getting in, so nobody could get in it until Tuesday. Tuesday getting in the pool and the landscaping guys came to keep everything looking great. Wednesday having lunch with my wife and HVAC guys came while the kids were there to replace a filter unannounced. Thursday pool guys were back to clean. Departed on Friday by 10am. Ask what is being done and when before booking, so that your plans for fully enjoying the property are not altered. Lots of games and cool stuff for the kids made it enjoyable. Overall a nice place, thus the 5 stars.”airbnb

“Family of ten coming down for an family reunion, the house itself is very spacious, we booked the house because of the pool and spa for the kids. The shared bathroom was dirty, the bath tub doesn't drain so the dirty water is raising as you stand in it. The tub faucet is barely hanging on, mildew around the tub and the towels had a smell. The room with the queen beds, the one on the left side is horrible it has a permanent dent in the mattress. It's like they sell the property off the spa and pool but don't want you to use it, reached out several times about how to turn up the heat on the spa, they were very vague. Just quoting fees if anything is broken. One week earlier I reached out to asked to enter the property a couple hours early to freshen up, he advised no problem reach out once you get in to town, Which I did and he wanted to just text about the rules of the house and make sure we were not having any parties which was very frustrating. We will not book this property”airbnb

“Not the vacation I was hoping for…. We were not able to check in until 1.5 hours after check in time because the house was still being “cleaned”. Floors were sticky, noticeable smell in the house, carpets were filthy/lots of stains, the temperature was 76 degrees and A/C people had to come out multiple times and the issue never got resolved. We had to sleep on the living room couch because it was the coolest space in the house and I found a dirty qtip in the couch. Pool was great but I would never stay there again and am only writing this so other people don’t spend a lot of money for a very poor experience.”airbnb

“While the physical accommodations matched the listing description, our experience was highly disappointing due to major cleanliness and communication issues. The booking process involved an overwhelming amount of redundant information, with duplicate automated messages sent simultaneously via text and the Airbnb app. Upon arrival, we found unpleasant bugs in the bathtub, stray hair left on the bath towels, and a strong, musty odor of mildew throughout the property. Furthermore, we were notified five different times about the pet fee, despite having 39 hours remaining on the initial 72-hour deadline. Because all host responses were fully automated, obtaining clear answers to specific questions was nearly impossible. This property completely lacks a welcoming or hospitable touch. If you prefer a clean environment and personalized customer service, I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere.”airbnb

“Everything was excellent, however, the listing indicated that the access code would be provided three hours before check-in.”airbnb

“Great house in great location that is really well furnished and decorated. Nice home for our family to hang out for the 4th of July weekend to spend time with each other and hang out at the pool. Perfect for that! Disappointed that effort wasn’t made to make sure propane tanks were filled- only the fire pit had a full tank. We prepared all our meals in advance and brought them with us. Plenty of dinnerware and flatware for serving large parties but limited pots and pans for prepping. Few small glitches but overall a good stay.”airbnb
