“Pros: direct access to boardwalk & beach. Easy walk to amusement park. Cons: the bathroom had visible mold in the shower and ceiling. There was also mold on the cushions used on the balcony chairs. Overall, the place could use some upgrading.”

“Everything good, location great, had issues with dishwashers not working . Called host number and spoke to a gentleman but no returned call. Loved pool and boardwalk area so close. Great time.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bathroom had a terrible odor, there was visible mold, and the bathtub had brown-colored water with a foul smell. We also did not have hot water during our stay, which made showering very uncomfortable. Additionally, the property did not look like the photos in the listing. We hope the host addresses these cleanliness and maintenance issues for future guests.”

“The area is nice I’ve been to Carolina beach a lot but the condo it self needs a lot of work for that price Small shower and small toilets and under the beds was a ton of dirt sand every where needs to be remodeled and cleaned good”

“The place is okay to stay but there were sheets and towels were left on the kitchen floor unwashed when we arrived. I had to loaded them in the washer and dryer and also folded them put them in the closet. I assumed the cleaner might’ve forgotten to load.”

“Pros The biggest pro, my daughter forgot her laptop and the cleaning crew found it and it was quickly shipped to us. Very close to the beach The backyard is great if you have a dog! Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies They allowed an early check in. Cons Property was not very fast to respond which concerns me when you pay a lot of money to stay somewhere. The living room couch and rug could really use a good cleaning.”

“Place was beautiful and cozy! It is close to the beach, however not a 5-7 minute walk. Around 12 minute walk, not counting if you’re carrying babies or wagons and other beach needs. Back yard fenced in for dogs, only issue with that was the grass was grown up a bit. Communication was all automated and we were never replied to with the questions we did ask. We had no issues, that would really need a response as far as anything broken. We did ask if we could check in early as it says is possible in instructions, never heard anything. Also asked if we needed to take trash bin to road, no response. (Neither are a huge deal, but still would like the communication) Would definitely rent again!”

“There wasn’t extra bedding for the pull out couch. Early check out 10am.”

“Looked exactly like the photos and had a beautiful view. A very cute place and felt safe in the building. There were two hooks that were lightly stuck on and would fall off the wall if you used them. We also woke up everyday before 9am to construction but were not told in advance about this issue. The bathroom door also did not stay closed, it would slide open everytime we closed it which wasn't very comfortable. It offered great amenities and overall was a good stay.”
