“Great condo right on the water. Easy walk down to the beach so that made it nice.”

“Mattress was good condition and new foam - but a little firm for our tastes. Kitchen was one of the better equipped we have seen at Airbnb. Patio was great - but PVC furniture was a butt buster. Beach service was nice - chairs also a bit of a butt buster - but there are nice chairs in the condo. Use the beach service umbrella but carry your own chairs. Unit and building both seem to be losing the war on maintenance - small minor things at the moment. But overall I would rent again.”

“Convenient location, good beach view. However, the building is very old and run down. The floors had not been cleaned well at all. The loveseat was small and uncomfortable. The beds are very uncomfortable and mattresses are sunk in. The closet doors were all off track or broken. The kitchen was the nicest part of the condo. Refrigerator had not been cleaned well. The furniture on the balcony is old and wobbly as well. It definitely was not worth what I was charged for it. Would not rent again.”

“Upon arrival with my handicapped husband, 1 elevator was out of order, to be repaired the day before we checked out. We rented the beach wheelchair and had to push him on the main road to gain access to the public handicapped beach access, as the condo didnt have a handicapped friendly access. The pool was fairly clean, however the landscaping is full of trash. Honestly just not what we are used to and it booked this as it had 2 recliners”

“Building needs cleaning and alot of maintenance. Pool is dirty. elevator on our end of building was broke our entire stay. They told us conflicting updated when it would be fixed. ,Thank goodness the beach was beautiful...”

“This place lists itself as a “vacation resort”. It is not a resort at all. The only amenity is the pool which is old and the pool furniture is old and dirty. They still allow smoking in the pool area so me and my child had to endure second-hand smoke. The office is a very small cluttered area in the building that resembles a crappy motel. No area to hang out when you didn’t want to be in the room and no other amenities. The first night we were there, the shower was clogged with hair that was not mine. A maintenance man showed up about 9pm the next evening in a tank top and jean shorts. It rained most days we were there so the walkways to elevators, pool, beach, and parking, were flooded with dirty rain water and that’s what we had to walk through to get anywhere. We left a day early because I was so unhappy with the “resort” and the weather. I saw a roach under the kitchen sink on the day we were leaving. I could not get out of there fast enough at that point. Very disappointed vacay!”
