“The accomodation is as described within the resort as which unsurprisingly gives more a resort vibe than an individual home air b n b feel. The grounds are beautiful to wander around in. Check in was difficult as the address listed takes you to the wrong part of the resort on google maps. With fatigue from driving this was hard to navigate - Tammy was responsive via phone to give extra directions. Unfortunately the wifi was unavailable- TV worked which showed it was present but it couldn’t be connected to by another device. Tammy was unable to problem solve this on request. The kitchen is very well set up and otherwise the condo has everything u might need.”

“This condo is completely outfitted with plenty of towels, linens, shampoos, dishes cooking utensils, garbage bags, hair dryers , cleaning supplies & ALL U might need. The washer & dryer were convenient & worked well. The setting is quiet & relaxing & patio & upper deck are inviting & views of the pool & ski hill are lovely. It’s Convenient to walk to golf course . Quick drive to a beautiful beach & Sleeping Bear & easy drive to Traverse & Suttons Bay, Leland & North Port & more. Our August weather week was in mid 80s & the AC was not able to keep the condo cool without using the portable fans they supply. The upstairs bedrooms were the warmest . The living room is roomy, nicely decorated with comfy couch & chairs & dining area has plenty of seating. However, the carpet appears older & felt ‘moist’ /musty despite daily use of portable dehumidifier. 2 of our guests’ allergy symptoms seemed to increase when in the condo. Easy parking for many cars right outside the door is a real plus!”

“Wilderness 11 has a great location - beach access via a very short boardwalk, breathtaking sunsets, peaceful scenery, a true up north feel. Close to charming Glen Arbor (maybe even walkable although we always drove). The condo had everything we needed, but no frills or extras. Many hosts today make the effort to “surprise and delight” their guests with extra touches like nice toiletries, coffee or snacks, activity supplies etc but this one did not, it met expectations but did not exceed them. We would return though, just being a little more prepared since we’d know what to expect.”
