“Highly recommend! We stayed at this home for URI graduation weekend. The house was extremely clean and perfect for us and our family. The updated kitchen and set up of the bedrooms was great. It was very easy to get to and from the campus and centrally located to other activities that we had planned. My one negative comment is that we arrived later in the evening and it was VERY dark. A light of some kind would have made it much easier and safer to find the house. There was black garbage can placed at the side of the driveway that was not able to be seen and I dented my car.”

“Amazing, spacious & clean home perfectly advertised for a family gathering! 10 bedrooms allows for comfort for larger groups. The only glitch was the lack of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels & garbage bags, we should be provided based on the cost. This would have been very helpful! Also, the most convenient grill was out of order. Otherwise it was a great weekend! Thank-you!”

“There were a couple small issues within the first 24 hours which the host immediately remedied when contacted. They were very friendly, apologetic, and responsive to fixing the issues. Issues were small and didn’t affect the trip. The home is great for large groups and has a lovely large table to spend time at. All rooms are all spacious and the house has a lot of bathrooms. This home is ideal when traveling with a large group that plans on spending time at the house. It is a beautiful property, with AMAZING views. It is also walkable distance to the shore and has a couple bars and restaurants. Great location, central to other areas.”
