“The stairs were blocked off and not useable had to go to building 1 to get to our condo. Was concerning if there was a fire. The pictures on Airbnb is not what you’re getting because there has been no upkeep done to the inside. There isn’t even a drawer in the kitchen the silverware tray will fit in and there was 1 drawer screwed shut. It also says there is a blow dryer and iron provided and that’s incorrect. If you want to drive back to where you checked in a few miles away you can go get it and take it back when you check out. Biggest disappointment I was told that it had a jetted tub specifically and it did not and when I called they did say sorry but there’s s nothing we can do about that.”

“I don’t really think it’s worth what I paid. The remote control did not work when I got there. They told me to contact the front desk. The problem is the front desk does not answer the telephone from the room or when you dial it from your cell phone. Multiple calls went unanswered. I finally got maintenance to come and they ended up replacing the batteries in the remote. There were red blood like stains on the sheet on one of the beds. I reached out via chat and did not hear anything back for some time. I was extremely tired and did not feel like going all the way back up to the lobby. They do not answer the phone, so that’s really your only choice. It’s not a horrible place to stay by any means; but they really need to step up their customer service. The guy at the front desk when I checked in was outstanding. The floors in the room also need to be cleaned. Brand new white socks are now black on the bottom. The floor is filthy. Honestly, I would not choose to stay here again.”

“Broken elevator, room door didn't fully close properly, and no available disabled parking spaces. The room itself was spacious and very clean, but the battery to the TV remote was dead.”

“The communication was not so well, our charge outlet did not work we call the front desk to inform them someone came and said they will be back and never came back the air in the room did not work we called again where they moved us to a different room but again the outlet did not work we had to charge our phones in the restroom the cars outside was loud every night the pool was also dirty we couldn’t get in .”

“We arrived at 11:00 at night. No room available even though we had confirmation number. Had to travel over an hour with two toddlers to find a hotel.”
