Manager Review

Myrtle Beach Management

Myrtle Beach Management's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

The place was clean and close to everything. It fit maybe 3 to 4 people and it was awesome.

House was beautiful easy entry and exit. Neighborhood was nice and friendly would recommend to others. only issue are the trash bags are extremely flimsy making it hard to throw away trash.

The property's backyard with pool was overgrown and messy. There is a fence for privacy, however the construction workers walking by back and forth could see right in. Construction on both sides was constant during the day.

Super close to the beach and clean. Our one and only issue was the ac unit not working in the main bedroom. The unit in the living room kept it comfortable enough during the night, however not so much during the day. With that said, we were all very happy with the place and would definitely stay here again if needed.

We’ve stayed at the Renaissance resort before. This was definitely the worst condo so far everything outdated dirty we extended our stay by one day just approved. I had to go back to the hotel to get my wallet to update my card when I went back. I was locked out for over four hours my keys, wallet, phone charger were all locked inside after several hours management at the Renaissance was able to let me in let me in but kept coming back over and over because they said we were supposed to check out. I had already paid. I ended up paying for another night. We packed our things and left. Definitely won’t be renting from this company again.

Make sure you read the terms and conditions. Front management and security are as unhelpful as it comes. Nice place and host is responsive.

The resort this is located in was amazing. You can tell they’re putting in some effort to modernize and overall it was just really nice. It was very easy to walk to the beach. The beach was busy but we always found a decent spot and it wasn’t unpleasantly crowded. When we checked in we received a text that the room was ready early. But when we tried to use the provided door code, it didn’t work.We ended up waiting around until our actual check in time. I was not happy with the cleanliness of this unit. The linens were stained, especially the pillowcases. The pullout bed was covered in crumbs and the linens looked used. The twin beds were awful. If we had adults sleeping on them I would be livid. The frames were crooked The patio door lock was broken when we checked in. We asked w/in an hour of checking in for it to be fixed. It took until the next evening for maintenance to come replace the lock. Because we have small children, someone had to sleep on the couch in front of the door

It wasn’t our original plan. Had trouble with our first place, and ended up having this place.

The first apartment I reserved first the a/c was broken so they placed us in another unit and the kitchen sink was leaking water everywhere. I was very disappointed in the stay
