Unfortunately, the apartment was in poor condition and clearly needs repairs. The ventilation system was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The furniture and walls were stained, and overall the apartment was very dirty. One of the beds had dirty bed linen with stains and someone else’s hair on it. The floor was also not properly cleaned, and there was hair in the bathroom. In addition, the toilet flush was broken and constantly leaking. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very unpleasant.

This location is amazing! Walkable to many places and in the heart of Brickell. The actual place is just what our group needed.

You have to drive up 22 floors to park (in q loop- prepare to get dizzy) asked her to please do maintenance as the bathtub and sink were backed up and promised her team would come but they never came. The photos display a new apartment but it’s truly beat up and in bad shape. Great area though!

We were disappointed with our stay. The front door was unlocked on arrival and doesn’t lock properly, which felt unsafe. The condo was not very clean and is quite worn down. Several things don’t work properly—the dishwasher backs up into the sink, dining chairs are broken, and the couch is visibly dirty. The AC blasted at 62°F the entire time and couldn’t be adjusted, so we had to turn it off. It also showed a low battery warning, but we were told nothing was wrong. There weren’t enough towels or toilet paper for four people, and bedding was just one thin sheet, making nights cold. Parking on the 9th floor was inconvenient, and the building is very busy. The location is great and walkable, but overall the unit needs major improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.
