“We had a wonderful stay! Gerilyn was a great and very responsive host. We arrived late and had some trouble locating the apartment, but she called us right away, and her husband even came out to guide us in. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful, with no parties or disruptive noise. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!”

“Gerilyn’s place is a real gem in Rockport. Would recommend to friends, but with caution! The good: - Cold AC - Spacious RV - Caring, responsive host - All amenities, and more. Super charming RV - Great location. Close enough to “downtown” - Extremely clean and cool pool. Probably my favorite part about this place! - Community oriented stay - Wifi in unit - Upfront about “vintage” RV stay - Quiet nights. No issue with noise. Cons: - While the place is no surprise a vintage RV, some guests may be surprised by the vintage smell that comes with that. You cannot open windows. Fresh air is a challenge. - The bathroom is smaller than you’d expect (and I’m a smaller guy). Larger guests may have a hard time sitting down comfortably. - The sliding bathroom door is hard to slide closed. It’s heavy and doesn’t roll like it did in 1956. - The bedding (sheets) is minimal. Bring extra bedding and pillows if you think you’ll need it.”

“I had a very enjoyable stay at the bungalow. The hosts and other residents were all very kind. What can I say about the surroundings? It was a tropical green oasis - close enough to town to have easy access to shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc,. but far enough away to secluded and quiet. I had a very good time at the crab races and chicken poop bingo! Lotsa fun! I would definitely return! Thank you all! Tim”

“We loved our stay at the Surfing Sea Turtle! My favorite amenity was the dog park! It had a great fence and even toys for doggos. The pool and hot tub were so nice and clean as well. This was our first experience “glamping” in an RV as opposed to staying in a hotel and we were happy with our choice. We did have a couple critters visit us- there are many tiny little frogs around the RV park and one made its way into the bathroom-just something to be aware of if you are not fond of them. Other things to be aware of is the narrow hallways and tight bathroom. The bathtub is somewhat elevated so may not be a good match for anybody with mobility issues. These things are to be expected of a tiny home/RV so they didn’t bother us. Thank you for having us!!”

“I enjoyed the value of the place with all the amenities that were provided. I appreciated all the items that were available and made this stay a lot more convenient such as plates, bowls, cups, etc. the host was very responsive and helpful. Should I visit Rockport, I will definitely consider this place again.”

“Gerilyn was a great host. The property matches description and we really enjoyed our stay with our dog Queen. I love the dog park because our dog could run around and go to the bathroom when she needed to.”
