“Location was excellent. Only reason I booked this Airbnb. I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The carpet in the living room was full of crumbs, looked like someone had just dropped some food. The comforter on the bed had what looked like a mixture of human and possibly animal hair? It was also full of white stains. I called the front desk and while they were responsive, whoever answered the phone had a suspicious attitude with me from the beginning, and asked me to send pictures of the bed, which I did. A comforter from Walmart was dropped off shortly after still in the package. While I appreciated the quick response, I don't feel that clean linens/ living area are a lot to ask for and I would not stay here again.”

“We had a great time for 2 nights and love the location, we have stayed in this group of buildings before. We had several issues with the unit though. The hot water didn't work when we came back from the beach to shower, breaker was off. Found it after searching and turned it on, but had to wait a while for it to heat up and were late to dinner. Tub also doesn't drain, so had to stand in dirty water during the entire trip. Sleeper sofa has several springs missing and was uncomfortable even for our small kids to sleep on. The mattress for the normal bed is worn out and my wife and I had to sleep against each other in the middle. No vacuum provided for beach sand, so we had to work on hands & knees with towels to clean. Unit was very warm when we got there and had to wait a while for it to cool down after turning down the AC, it did eventually. No ice maker in freezer for cooler or drinks. We had fun in spite of it all, but probably wouldn't rent from this company again.”

“This was a great place, location was amazing- gorgeous sunset views from patio. Loved being able to just walk across the street to beach and having Docs and Coconut Jacks within an easy walk. The pools were clean and refreshing only wished they were open longing the dusk- the pool was lit up and looked so inviting but the gate locks at dusk.”

“Loved location but check in starting 4 would like to see that a little earlier so you can park and at least go walk around”

“several blinds on the patio doors were missing letting in street lights and the blinds in the kitchen let in ALL the outside hallway lights. Room never got dark...EVER. even with sliding doors closed, street traffic noise was loud. pulled blanket from closet only to get covered in sand - NOT happy with that one! rust in freezer and on outside of fridge floor tiles looked/felt clean but the bottom of my feet after walking around after a shower were BLACK! Perhaps a dirty mop was used to clean the floors? floor rugs had to have previous tenants sand shaken out of them. 2 double/queen beds.... don't recall that being as advertised. Beds uncomfortable... need to use better fitted sheets... it was like queen sheets trying to fit on a double bed... they get all wadded up when you sleep on them.”

“There was an awful smell as soon as we walked in the unit. It remained the whole time we stayed there. The wall AC unit worked but was extremely loud. The condo is dated and needs to be refreshed. The swimming pool of our building was under renovation. When we called they advised to use the other swimming pool which was three buildings away from where we stayed. We are older people with mobility issues. Also the pool situation was not mentioned on the website when we booked it.”

“Great location to the beach, 2 minutes walk. 10 minute walk to restaurants. 5 minutes drive to Publix. Only downside was it sounds like there had been complaints about the listed washer and drier issues which hadn’t been resolved so was hoping to make use of that but had to run to laundry mat up the road. The only other issue would be a full length mirror or even a second mirror being available”

“ZERO Flexibility During Travel Emergency – BEWARE I am writing to warn potential guests about "My Florida Vacation Rentals." If your plans are disrupted by circumstances entirely out of your control, do not expect any professional ethics or empathy from this host. I booked for March 2026, but severe weather grounded all flights for multiple days in a row. It was physically impossible to reach the property. Despite providing proof, the host—My Florida Vacation Rentals—refused any refund or credit, pocketing $1,364 for a service they knew I could not access. Most reputable hosts understand that a total airline shutdown is a "frustration of purpose" and will work with guests. This host chose to "take the money and run" instead. If a storm or airline failure prevents your arrival, they will keep your money without hesitation. I will never book with them again. This was a terrible experience for our family and a financial blow. I tried working with the host but they didn’t care. STAY AWAY!”
