4.62Visit website
Mt. Baker Lodging's guest rating of 4.62 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Overall, this cabin was lovely to stay in and a trip back in time, it seemed! Very quaint and rustic. I do want to make sure future guests realize there is NO WiFi, and very limited, if any, cell service. I didn’t catch the no-WiFi tag so I recognize that’s my bad! Additionally, the hot tub is in the front, right by all the cars that drive in - making it very public and no privacy. Further, “efficient kitchen with all the basics” only supplied camping size salt and pepper, some ketchup packets, and an ounce of olive oil. Also, they have a broad selection of DVD-s but only the VHS function worked for us - and there are only two VHS tapes - shrek and lion king. If this property was half the price and not company owned I wouldn’t be making this many complains, but for the price I feel I need to warn future guests. A great option if you know what you’re getting into but a little expensive in our opinion for what you’re getting! Appreciated the complimentary magic mind drinks!”airbnb

“Note this place did not have WiFi or a landline. The area in general has no service but it’s insane to not have WiFi. Note the pictures on this listing are not the unit you will receive. They will give you whatever is available and the furnishings will vary. Also some units have WiFi and others don’t, we could tell because there was internet in our surrounding condos but not for ours. It’s frankly a safety issue to not have WiFi landline or service in a unit and I would not recommend staying here.”airbnb

“The phone to gate system did not work which was inconvenient”airbnb

“I really liked the location and the 4 bedrooms in this place. The common areas are a bit tight for 8 people if you all want to hang out together. Also, the condiments that were there were extremely small, no sufficient salt, pepper, oli, toilet paper, etc. not even for a day.”airbnb

“We loved the place itself, the vibe was great, the amenities were better than expected (games, air fryer, pots/pans, blankets, lots of stuff), the price was good. The bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay though (like they use reclaimed water, or there's a leak under the house or something). The dishes are cleaned by the previous guest...so uh, you're not going to want to trust them. That's just nasty.”airbnb

“This is a very spacious cabin. It's space and large common areas were perfect for our two families. It's got everything you need and the closest you can get to Baker Ski area. The check in process is a bit antiquated- you have to pick up the key in person at a location about 10 min away from the property. The house could use a few upgrades, mattresses being the top of the list. On the whole though, we thought the place was great!”airbnb

“This place is fine but not worth the price, nothing has been updated for decades and the bedding is stained and uncomfortable. The check-in process was a nightmare, they keys for some reason are stored in a random office two towns away. Yes, the sauna and hot tub are nice”airbnb

“Clean and convenient, but given the price I don’t love that we had to pickup and drop off keys at a rental office, take out trash, start dishwasher etc.”airbnb

“This place is clearly run purely as a business, and it shows in the worst ways. They provide the bare minimum and nickel-and-dime guests on what should be basic supplies. For a group of 11, we were given exactly one towel per person. For a cabin with showers and a hot tub, that’s unreasonable. Toiletries were also insufficient — tiny bars of soap that had to be shared among guests. Basic kitchen supplies were lacking as well, with only a teaspoon-level amount of salt and oil provided. Cleaning supplies were minimal, the internet was even worse than advertised, the pull-out couch was broken, and there was even a dartboard with no darts. Overall, the cabin was simply not equipped to host a large group. The external management agreement reinforced this impression. It reads less like a welcome and more like a list of threats, with multiple all-caps warnings about fines and penalties. Be prepared to bring far more than you should and to feel treated more like a liability than a guest.”airbnb

“All in all, very dishonest company with very little communication. Never fixed hot tub the entire weekend, did not do anything to rectify situation besides some token little refund once we had left. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.”airbnb
