“This was such a wonderful location. I will be recommending to all my friends and family. It was quiet, affordable and very homey. It was extremely close to Disney world, and free of traffic after leaving the parks.”

“There were a couple hiccups with no television working in the master bedroom. No television service in the room with double twin beds, and the hot tub needed repairs but all in all Nice property.”

“No ventilation Fans in the residence so the home gets extremely hot until late in the evening when body heat cools.”

“We checked in 7/ 2. Before arriving, I spoke with the host & was told we could check in a few minutes early. We arrived at around 3:45 p.m., but the gate representative informed us that we could not enter because the housekeeper was still cleaning. We had to wait until 4 p.m. After such a long drive, I expected to walk into a clean, fresh-smelling home and immediately take a shower. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower was very dirty, the outside panel of the bathtub was broken, there were several dirty areas on the floors, and the lining inside the refrigerator was torn. It was disappointing to arrive at an Airbnb that was not properly prepared for guests, especially after we had to wait because it was supposedly still being cleaned. I have taken photographs of all of these issues and can provide them as documentation. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention because the condition of the property did not meet the expectations of a clean & well maintenanced home.”

“Place was a OK , definitely lack of communication”

“Good location, fair price, friendly host though did not fix internet (we did not have wi-fi for the whole time there) or cleaning problem (place was not very clean but this was not fixed. I said I wanted that fixed but nobody came).”

“BE CAREFUL! This host stole my money $1,200 and was unwilling to refund or partially refund or change the date! The government shutdown and I wasn’t able to travel ! The host never understood and wanted to keep the amount of $1,200 to himself the Airbnb were ok with refunding but the host refused !!!!”

“I would "overly" communicate with this person. Definitely follow up on your own. nice place, but there's many others in the same area that's better to choose from. Definitely wasn't happy with the pool not being heated when I specified that was the main reason for the spring break visit for the girls. House full of teen girls and could not use the pool for a weekend because it was cold. Not good at all!”
