Mountain View Cabin Rentals

“The host was responsive up until check-in. After check-in and while trying to get assistance with the WiFi, which does NOT work, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I planned on doing some work from a peaceful location, but was absolutely unable to do so. There was also construction next door that starts at 7:30am even on the weekends.”

“It was very noisy from the road and cabins beside us. Cabins are very close together. Also needs more dishes and silverware. There was a water leak in bathroom and TV didn't work. Won't stay again!”

“It’s a great cabin, plenty of room, nice location. The space is really nice and beds are comfortable, no WiFi, very few towels and washcloths. The space appeared clean but with the dryer being broke and sheets appears not clean I worried. This cabin has its pluses and minuses.”

“We were a group of 10 men. with our gear for riding. Outstanding location, spectacular house for the week. All things put together, a memorable trip. We will use this location again.”

“Cabin was exactly what I was looking for. Near the Tellico River. restaurants, stores, but quiet and off the main roads. We were fly fishing a few days.”

“Overall we did enjoy our stay. The location was amazing and the downtown Tellico area was super cute and very close. The area was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The communication through Airbnb messaging wasn’t great. I asked questions and would only received automated messages days later. I had to search their phone number for their office on google and call in order to get an answer to my question. I think what was most upsetting is that every single dish and utensil I grabbed was so dirty. It looked like the dishes were never washed. From plates to wine glasses to forks. Also there were dishes in the dishwasher on the very bottom below the dish rack that I had to clean out which was also pretty gross. Also one of the towels in the master bathroom had a light brown crusty stain on it which made me skeptical if those were properly washed as well. Ultimately we would stay here again if we couldn’t find anywhere else because the location was great.”

“Cabin small, old, dusty, dark, poor lighting, overpriced, TV had no service signal. Called rental company 4 times to come fix, no answer at office, left message, no response. I drove to rental office multiple times, building locked closed. I tried to message rental company a few times via Airbnb messaging, no response until after I checked out. Said they will refund $25. RENTERS BEWARE, read reviews and Google reviews before you book with this rental company. I’ll never go back there. - Chris Roche”
