“We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Waters Lodge. The accommodations were first class: comfortable, spacious, and beautifully situated right on the creek. The setting is serene and calming, a perfect getaway. Deer were everywhere, and we could see fish in the creek. The home is well equipped, which made dinners in easy and enjoyable. It's also close enough to Blue Ridge to enjoy the town whenever we wanted. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. We'd happily return and highly recommend it.”

“Definitely worth the stay! It was our private oasis for a long pre-fall weekend! We loved how secluded it felt, with the cabin nestled into the woods, like a cute cottage in a storybook! We were extremely pleased with the porch and hot tub; we used it every day! It was nice waking up to coffee and the hot tub and looking up into the trees; very peaceful. My boyfriend walked into the cabin and was like "Is this all ours for the weekend!" He loved the cozy bed, and we both thought the pillows were like heaven, so much so that I wanted to ask the owners where they bought them and forgot to check the tags before we left. It was only a good 15-20 minutes outside of town too, so close to things. We got some groceries locally from Walmart and there are lots of stores nearby for coffee and essentials. We took advantage of a few of the downtown restaurants too and tried local cuisine. We would definitely be back and rebook this place. Thank you so much!”

“All I can say is Wow. This cabin is beautiful and my family and I loved every minute of it. There were so many deers it made it so beautiful to watch. The host made us feel right at home and we are greatful for that. Definitely can’t wait to go back soon!”

“Really lovely stay here. The beds were great, linens, bathrooms everything was really clean and nice. Really homey and too hot to use the fireplaces but they looked great. The views actually do match the photos! Great comms from the host.”

“Cabin was quaint, clean, and in a great location. Downtown and other activities close by. Had just enough space for four people and our pups. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The view was nice and felt pretty private. Fire pit area is nice, and having multiple decks was an added bonus. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any other guests!”

“Incredible!! The house was SO luxurious. We loved the bath tubs in the huge shower, it was so so nice. The outside by the river, it was so beautiful to listen in the morning and hang out there. The house is INCREDIBLE!! Amazing location. The beds were so nice. The A/C was great. Everything was NEW! So high end. It was one of the best if not the best airbnb we've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it. The company is also very nice. Dealing with them was a breeze. 5 stars all the way!”

“Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for everyone! One couple loved the privacy and personal space the over the garage apartment gave to them. We had a fire every night in the fireplace on the deck. The creek is clean and refreshing. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Thank you for the awesome stay! It will be staying on our favorites list for the future!”

“We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The cabin is beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and one of our favorite parts was sitting by the fireplace on the deck while enjoying the beautiful mountain view. It was so peaceful and the perfect way to end each day. We also loved the grassy area in front of the cabin, where deer would come by every day. It was such a special touch to our stay! The only thing we were a little disappointed about was that, despite staying for 10 days, we never spotted a bear. The hosts have clearly thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway.”
