“I booked this last minute. The complimentary rowboat drew me in. I looked in every drawer and closet and found not one speck of dust. Not one spider. The office staff had a thoughtful late check in policy and the pre-stay check in was easy enough I was able to do it waiting at stoplights leaving the city. It was peaceful, there was no trash on the beaches at all, and I had the good fortune to see the same beautiful little doe and fawn every single day running on the nature trail. I met a guy who has been coming here for 45 years while we were blowing up our floaties together and he told me this is a fourth generation family run estate. The local food was fantastic. The AC was cold. Would stay again. Beautiful retreat.”

“Beautiful place! Peaceful setting on the lake but still offered plenty of activity options. Many great dining options within a few minutes drive. Our cottage was spotless on checking in and they even thought to turn the air on for us before our arrival. This was a return visit for us and it won't be our last.”
