“Everything was great except check out. We requested a late checkout which was granted for 11am. As soon as 11am arrived, the housekeepers; a man and women barged into the Airbnb and started bringing cleaning supplies and equipment as we were packing and leaving. I came out of the room with half my shirt on wondering why cleaners are inside while I was putting on my shirt while guests were loading the car and everyone was clearing out. They rushed us and were rude to us. Also, the walls are thin and you can hear every whisper in the house. It was hard to sleep when other guests are talking. Even talking quietly. You can hear everything. Very close to the train tracks and when the trains pass (a lot) shakes the whole house. Very tight spaces for parking. There are 3 cabin houses on one small lot with very little driveway space and you have to be very mindful of not blocking other guests in. Otherwise very close to our destination, clean, communication was pretty good.”

“Mountain sights was perfect for a weekend getaway. The only issue we run into was the pool not being open our entire stay .”

“The place was nice and clean. The hot water takes extremely long to get hot. The WiFi only works on one device at a time. The Tv in the 2nd room doesn’t work. It kept trying to locate the remote and the remote was right there. The air in the 2nd bedroom doesn’t blow as strong as it should. We chose this bnb because we wanted to go swimming, but the pool was nasty, so we didn’t swim! OMG the noise. Super loud ALL day, running and screaming! Other than that, it was clean”

“So, I just gave 2 stars and it was only because of the location. THREE WHOLE DAYS before I checked in, I asked for the hot tub to be clean and ready for us. It wasn’t. Spoke to property manager and sent pics. Saturday morning I had to work and asked my family to check. They said someone had been there. He didn’t clean it. Reached back out to management and they had the nerve to tell me it was a “miscommunication”. Like how when I sent pics and asked for it to be cleaned. There was a nasty black ring and the smell was awful. We didn’t get to use it once. They said they’d reimburse me 20%. Still haven’t seen the reimbursement. Also there was makeup stains all over one of the bathroom doors. Ceiling fan was dusty. They clearly never exterminated the outside because the bugs were intense. The pics were also very misleading. The house is hella small and the driveway is a steep hill. There was not enough towels or sheets anywhere. Had to go home and get some for the foldaway couch and guests”

“Enjoyed my stay with my family of 5! Very spacious. The inside was clean. Only negative thing I have to say is, we saw 2 small roaches in the bedroom closet during our stay and the grounds outside could have been kept better. Idk if it was the neighbors at the time, but it was food thrown on the ground right at the bottom of our steps to get to our air bnb that was never cleaned up. My kids enjoyed the pool , but all of the pool furniture was molded.”

“The actual condo was great. It was nice and clean and exactly what was shown in the pictures. Living room set up was a little strange (you couldn’t see the tv from the couch) but overall we enjoyed the location and overall apartment. Only issues we had were the smoke detector went off EVERY TIME you cooked something (even if just boiling water). It was also supposed to be a smoke free property but the stairs were covered in ashes as well as the pool chairs were covered in ashes and mold. There were also a couple kids who were in the pool almost the entire time (seemed to live there) without parents and cussing very loudly all day everyday. Not the property’s fault but a little annoying trying to take small kids to the pool along with be woken up in the middle of the night by the complex fire detectors going off and the fire department busting through the utility door for over an hour (very inconvenient).”

“We were happy right up to check out. Check out was at 10:00 am. We received a knock at the door at 9:50 a.m. telling us to leave. We were already packing and taking bags to the car. I will never book a stay at this property. It was Mother's Day and our family left feeling horrible.”

“Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. Upon arrival, the home was not properly cleaned (dirty rugs, multiple hairs on bedding and floor, dead bugs on the bed of one of the bedroom, visible mold in one of the bedrooms. We also encountered a confirmed pest issue in the attic (rats) and a malfunctioning air conditioning system on the first level, which required multiple service visits over couple days, the problem with the AC was a filter that probably hadn’t been changed in a long time. All these issues disrupted significantly our trip. While the host responded and sent the technicians, the numbers of severity of the issues suggest the property was not properly maintained or inspected prior to our arrival. Given the overall condition, we would not stay or recommend this property. Future guests should carefully consider these factors before booking.”

“Was way too expensive and not much accessibility no extra towels no dish wash liquid, no laundry liquid, ask for late check out wasn't granted. Horrible experiences”
