Mountain Resorts's guest rating of 4.67 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This property was awesome! It was able to accommodate our large family get together, 4 generations. Couldn’t have asked for a better layout for privacy and family fun.”airbnb

“Stayed here with 5 friends and we absolutely loved the location, how the open floor plan made it easy to all spend time together, and the deck with mountain views. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and we highly recommend!”airbnb

“The house and deck were great! No snow for spring skiing, but we enjoyed ourselves and the area.”airbnb

“Overall, we had a great stay. The unit looked mostly like the pictures, however the building is very old and the hallway to the unit has old carpet and an old dusty smell. The unit was nicer than most we looked at reserving. The main complaint is the bed is extremely uncomfortable and it has a dip in the middle (we slept horribly). We considered using the pullout couch, however there were not extra sheets for the couch. They did bring us extra sheets but they were ripped in the corner, felt like san paper, and didn't even fit the queen bed (must have been double size). The kitchen was nice, the overall vibe of the space was cozy and enjoyable and the fireplace would be awesome during the winter. Unfortunately, there was no ski in/out since there was basically no reasonable amount snow on the mountain left on the mountain for skiing. We booked this months ago and would have cancelled if we could since we mainly booked to ski. The surround area is beautiful though, with a lot to do!”airbnb

“Quiet neighborhood; nice sauna, hot tub & pool; ski in-ski out if there’s enough snow (be careful in spring!). Great mountain views from the balcony.”airbnb

“I had higher expectations based on the marketing of the location. There was no ski-in/ski-out option which was a big reason for the decision. Understand that we can’t control the weather but could have added another shuttle to accommodate. Main room very small with no place to relax, hot water ran out if we took multiple showers. Tub didn’t drain well, water was shut off for several hours, a huge puddle of water in the hallway in front of our door for days (found out while wearing my ski socks). Gym and pool area opened late and closed early.”airbnb

“Check in was a bit difficult. Address takes you to the wrong road, the gate entry was a little confusing and the unit door key was almost not functional.”airbnb

“No electronic keypad to get into the house. You have to go to the office (which is not close by) to pick up keys. Given we arrived in a group shuttle from the airport direct to the property, we had to find and take additional transport to the office, then they gave us the wrong keys which we found out back at the house :) no duvet cover on master, one towel per person, fireplace didn't work, bathroom didn't flush properly. We gave up complaining because we didn't want to spend our vacation constantly on the phone to the management company who were quite bad at communicating. Definitely avoid staying here.”airbnb
