“This place has its pluses, namely the amount of living space, SHARC passes and bikes. But the house is tired - worn carpet and stairs, sliding doors that don’t fully close, half the lamps aren’t working. No beach towels or shampoo/conditioner provided and the supplies that are offered are meager - half a roll of paper towels and one extra roll of toilet paper for 6 people for four nights. The property managers did their best when I reached out, including sending a technician to fix the dishwasher that wasn’t working. I’m hopeful this feedback helps to bring the rental up to a higher standard, especially at this price point.”

“Kids loved parkouring into the loft beds, but adults may find them a bit dodgy. Location was more quiet than I expected, with easy access to bike paths and all Sunriver has to offer. Bed was comfortable enough, kitchen decently stocked, pool and hit tub a nice feature. Overall, a good stay!”

“I’ve been to Sunriver many times and this was my favorite place to rent. Large enough for a big family and the quiet location gives you lots of relaxing time. Great house”

“Great and simple for our needs. Only complaint was the beds were lumpy and the sheets felt synthetic but otherwise the layout of the two rooms upstairs and the one downstairs was perfect. The bikes were fun to ride too!”

“We had such a great stay at Timber Lane! The shuffleboard, foosball, and hot tub were all big hits, and we loved having the bikes and shark passes which were used every day. The house had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home!”
