“This property was absolutely amazing for my bachelorette; peaceful, beautiful, simple. The views were phenomenally breathtaking. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and had a great layout of instructions for the house. The beds, the bathrooms, the balconies and the jacuzzi; SUPER clean!! The only thing we struggled with was turning on the stove, oven, and dishwasher but with the great responses from Moose Management we figured everything out quick! I would absolutely stay here again, maybe in the winter to get the full snow experience! 11/10. 5 stars all around. Fantastic home.”

“Great location close to Deer Valley and Park City! Communication was too wordy. Instructions had too much legalese. When asked about specific amenities in the actual condo, we only got form letter type responses that were not specific to the question asked. Even other questions asked for planning purposes before the start of the vacation only got fixed responses from the management! No supplies in the kitchen and checkout instructions even call for nothing to be left behind! Other than these issues, comfortable accommodation!”

“We had a lovely long weekend in Park City and this was the perfect place to spend it in! It’s close to a lot of the major attractions, but it was peaceful and the mountains in the background were breathtaking! Would absolutely recommend this stay!”

“MM provided a great experience. They were very responsive- within minutes. Our rental was very well equipped for our large group. The hot tub was awesome. Very clean. Location super convenient!”

“The condo is in a great location with easy access to Park City, Deer Valley, and the interstate for a quick drive to Salt Lake City. Parking was easy and located right next to the unit. The space works best for a small group of four or fewer. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn’t great as there was a bag of dog waste left at the front door when we arrived, and the unit had a noticeable musty smell. The condo also appeared to need a deeper cleaning, we found long strands of hair on the bedding and a dead roach in the living room. The hot tub is about a five-minute walk from the unit. After using it, I experienced a strong stinging sensation and developed a red rash on my leg, which may indicate the water chemicals needs to be checked. Overall not a horrible stay but wouldn’t be my first choice for a future visit to the area.”

“Our group loved the house itself, but management was disappointing. The Positives: The home is beautifully decorated with great artwork and decor throughout, making it feel like a home. It was well stocked with essentials and had very comfortable bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and close to groceries. The Richardson park and ride is a very short drive away, making getting to and from Park City/nearby mountains easy without worrying about parking. The Negatives: Management was incredibly rigid. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in. No cleaning staff was present, yet we were denied entry and told it was an "automated process." The hot tub was not filled properly (water level below the jets), so we had to fill and reheat it ourselves. We requested a pump for the air mattresses, management promised one by morning but never delivered. I ended up purchasing my own pump and left it at the house. The downstairs fireplace didn't work, and the downstairs shower curtain was dirty.”

“The apartment was sufficient. There’s a shuttle to take you to park city and also a ski rack for storage. That being said, it’s ran through a third party website, requires a decent amount of separate paperwork, and really only has 3 beds and 2 air mattresses. So kind of a let down. I would absolutely stay here again but it wouldn’t be my first choice at the price point.”
