“We had a great time at AnnaBelle’s cabin! The hot tub and pool table were easy highlights! The only minor complaint would be the bedroom doors, as they were a bit difficult to open and close! Other than that, it was a great place to rest during our mini getaway to Nashville, Indiana!”airbnb

“House is located right in the heart of shopping in brown county. Bed was very stiff. Hot tub was a nice bonus.”airbnb

“The place was clean in bathrooms and kitchen except for walls in bathroom very dusty and really need to buy new towels for people they are very worn and bleached stained. House needs to be repainting on fence and pavers need leveling. The couch on the screened in porch needs new cushions as we could not sit there due to major allergies. We started instantly coughing within 5 minutes time of sitting on the porch. However my dog did enjoy this area to see the abundant wildlife. Beds very comfortable and house was rustically furnished and clean. Hot tub was well maintained and clean.”airbnb

“The property was nice and was as it stated. The options for outdoor activities was a nice touch in case you wanted to stay in. Everything was very clean, and fully stocked with necessary items needed during our stay. The reason I gave 3 stars overall was due to an issue we ran into during our stay. Moondance rentals has a strict no refund policy to what seems like any situation. We lost water during our stay and were unable to take showers, use the bathroom, or wash dishes or anything that required water for about 5 hours. While it was an outage in the area, when reaching out, they denied any type of compensation or alternative option. I had to keep reaching out for updates during the outage and it didn’t seem like there was much concern. I understand it not being on their end, however during peak hours to not have water was frustrating. We had to go through AirBNB to get some of our money back, which did happen, but I just wanted others to be aware of refunds/issues during your stay.”airbnb

“Nice place to stay and celebrate with family! Rustic old cabin vibes with new furnishings. Pool table was fun and hot tub. All the beds were really soft.”airbnb

“This place is very peaceful with a beautiful view. The hot tub and fire pit got lots of use. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. My only recommendation would be a few basic spices. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Overall the place was clean and had the necessities we didn’t need to bring. The pillows and cushions on the screened-in porch could use a cleaning. Definitely an easy fix. Some fire pit tools would be nice since we don’t usually travel with such items. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this would be a great rental for multiple couples and families.”airbnb

“There was a great deal of black mold on the wall and baseboards of the bedroom. Disgusting, and literally sickening. That is enough said though it did not elicit an appropriate response from the host. There were many other problems small and large. Thick dust in many areas including dead bugs. Hairs on the floors and in the refrigerator. Dirty sink and shower. Stained shower curtain and bedding material. Evidence of rodent and animal infestation. Missing smoke detector and hand towels. Steeper than regulation stairs with no walls nor handrails only one very wobbly newel post at top. Inoperable fireplace and window locks. 5 miles off of paved roads, no phone service to report issues . Upon arriving late to much disappointment and disgust we left the first thing the next morning. When we reached Eric, his response was dismissive, stating the property had been “inspected and cleared.” Days later we heard from his manager Stephanie whose response was demeaning and wholly unprofessional.”airbnb

“Th location was great. There were several areas concern for seniors being the hearth was raised on one end and three different people tripped, the kitchen stairs are unsafe with no railings and last the furniture in living area was horrendous, sagging cushions and in bad shape. We spent most of our time on porch which was lovely or around the kitchen table. We made do but all of us in our 70’s felt it was unsafe. They should warn you on the lusting”airbnb

“Space was beautiful but way over price point. We paid the additional $86 to bring our 7-pound, non-shedding dog. Unfortunately, the couch was covered in another dog’s hair, and the glass doors had slobber all over them. While these things may not have been as significant of a concern at a lower price point, it was disappointing given the additional fee we paid for our dog and the overall cost of the stay. The listing also highlights the hot tub as an amenity. Unfortunately, it was only lukewarm and wasn’t usable for us. My husband attempted to reach out on Sunday but did not receive a response. I also sent a message with these concerns after our stay which was ignored. The shower is a tiny filmsy insert no where near the level of amenities for the cost. The firepit looks more like a pile of trash and the hot tub is in the same location. I really thought at $600/night it would be more of a luxury experience or that the owner would care at all about not meeting their end of the deal.”airbnb
