“This place is in a perfect location with great neighbors. You feel at home! You can walk to restaurants and town .5 miles. The place needs some updating, but has what you need. Master bed is very comfortable and with windows cracked at night you hear owls.”

“The place is pretty well maintained and clean given its era. Super convenient location and minutes walk to the paradise like seawall. Parking can be tricky if you come home late but just a block away there's space. Bath tubs didn't work properly but the manager was quite responsive. Recommended overall.”
