“We appreciated the comfortable beds, pool, and spacious home. Unfortunately, the stay fell well below five-star expectations. We experienced cleanliness issues (bugs, mold, and hair), missing kitchen essentials, broken TV remotes, a nonworking dryer, limited towels, and several unusable game room amenities. We chose not to report every issue during our stay because we didn't want to spend our vacation coordinating repairs. The listing also didn't feel like a private whole-house rental, as people accessed the property during our stay. The outdoor space was disappointing, with limited seating and an unusable grill despite it being listed as an amenity. While we enjoyed our family time, this property needs better cleaning, maintenance, and clearer expectations about privacy. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend it.Finally, we were disappointed to be encouraged to leave a five-star review despite these issues. Reviews should reflect the actual guest experience.”

“Okay stay bus a lot of flies in the house and trash on the porch”

“They lied on the listing , pool heater broken , no outdoor patio furniture , stained chairs , broken or no screens on windows , dirty kitchen ware , railing of deck held up by a sling and part was missing and someone’s chewed gum was left there . Massage chair and Keri’s machine broken . Stained kitchen tiles . No sofas in the living room only those 2 brown beds that should have been in the basement . Then bnb refunded me. They told me I could stay until my end date at 7am . Because we aren’t from the area . Then at 5 pm messaged me and said I have 15 minutes or they are calling the cops on me for trespassing .”

“*Absolutely the Worst Airbnb weve done yet!* - Read full review - Not worth your Money. Got a 2 star and not a 1 star ONLY because its easy to access the city within 15-30min. Way over priced!, its in a horrible neighborhood with cops, drug dealers, drug addicts. Photos make you believe your renting the entire home (YOU ARE NOT) its a small Apartment with 1 floor 3 rooms directly next to the Owner who occupies the rest of the home. Appliances dont work properly, Tvs DO NOT WORK at all except for Netflix ONLY. Could not use either shower as water poured from the ceiling when showers were turned on, horrible maintenace (you can tell its been maintained by DIY's/Owners not Professionals), Dishwasher did NOT Work. Parking was absolutely ridiculous, we consistently got blocked in the driveway, and every time we would leave and then come back we had NO Parking every songke time. Could hear kids screaming and yelling through the vents at all hours (late at night, very early morning).”
