“Beautiful safe and private. Close to town..Found a bunch of spider web. But we know it’s a cabin and it’s probably just part of the experience. Ohh and another thing it has 3 bathrooms but only one shower and there were six of us so plan the showers.”

“I really wanted to like this place but I was disappointed. I reached to Tom(property manager..very helpful)when we arrived because the Jacuzzi wasn't working, didn't even have water in it. Then no TV remote in bedroom, no chalk for pool table, no dish towels in kitchen and backyard was unkept and dirty. The location was nice and it was quiet.”

“Overall, not a terrible place. Felt a little expensive for the neighorhood. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Convenient for walking into town, and a nice central location overall. We received an entry code for the pool, but we were never told where the pool was located (which is actually fine because we didn't have time to pursue it anyway). There was a fair amount of noise from the nextdoor neighbors that share a wall. The pictures are also a little misleading because there appears to be two bedrooms with two twin beds, but one of the rooms swapped out a triple bunk bed for one of the twin beds...might be okay for small children but not a hit with cranky teenagers who barely have enough room to crawl into one of the bunks.”

“This place is a great location. The kitchen is fairly stocked but you need to buy ANYTHING that you need. Not even salt is provided. Also- the last morning before we left we had no hot water. We let them know and just got an apology. Nothing like Leaving to travel without a shower. Also- the bunk beds a pretty rough to get in and out of. But- great location and it served its purpose.”

“This was our second time staying in Moab at the same location just a different house. I would recommend fixing the shades in the front room and adding some kitchen cleaners. We cooked everyday but no cleaning products to clean the stove other than dish soap. We had a great vacation and look forward to going back”

“The location is hard to beat, but there were several things that were just broken at the Airbnb”

“This place was what we wanted but unfortunately there was a mouse in the kitchen and ants. There was also cigarette butts all around the property that our dog kept eating.”

“The only complaint was the pillows. Not at all comfy to sleep in. The pillows in the master were 18” diameter round solid pillows. Not for sleep at all.”

“This condo could have been great, but the little things made it just ok. The hot water wasn’t working. We were only there for one night & didn’t realize it until the morning. No hot water came out of any type of faucet. My father-in-law was the only one who braved a cold shower. We also found what appeared to be a roach in each of the bathrooms. The hot tub wasn’t in working order & we weren’t told ahead of time. A lot of the furniture was worn, no working remote for the tv in one of the bedrooms, & there were wine glasses, but no wine opener (not a huge deal except when you have a bottle of wine to open). Maybe there was one in the condo at some point. Luckily the neighbors had one to borrow. This condo is on the market and maybe that is why some of the little things have been ignored. I will add that after we checked out I let the contact know we didn’t have hot water & he said they would send someone out to check on it. Just a little disappointing for the price we paid.”

“Centrally located in the heart of town. Linens and towels were fresh and clean. The management company was responsive and proactive. The unit was clean and well decorated, but has seen a lot of use since the listing photos were taken. Appliances could use some updating and AC being limited to 72° is rough for a desert stay. The communal hot tub is worse for wear, but overall, the shared outdoor space is clean and charming. As far as value, it was inline or a step above other Moab Air BnBs in this price range. Having a kitchen and full size fridge will make this stay a better choice than a hotel for many, but some updating would be welcome.”
