Manager Review

Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals

Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.80 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

What a great 8 days. This place is UNBELIEVABLY nice. Beautiful views with a very peaceful setting. Usually rain causes anger on a trip, not at this place. The fact it rains into the house is AWESOME.

Great location and absolutely beautiful view! Not kid friendly because of the little pool inside the house. The kitchen was missing mugs and many other important things. The cutlery and the pans were dirty. To get into the house there are stairs, nothing crazy but its not for strollers or wheelchairs. IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND: The house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The fourth room is completely outside of the house and has no bathroom.

Great spot, especially if you’re going to a convention

It’s downtown. That’s pretty much all this place has going for it. I got it for a 60% off deal and I understand why. You can hear any and everything that happens inside and outside the building. It was filthy. The bathroom was gross, 2 towels were provided for the entire weekend stay for two people. Don’t. Just don’t.

A great house with an incredible ocean view, wonderful pool and hot tub, and koi ponds with waterfalls. The indoor rainfall over the entry pool is really an experience not to be missed! The gated community is very upscale, and close to local shops and several restaurants. Looking forward to a return visit!

The Home/pool was beautiful as described, welcoming with amazing ocean view of Kona & fireworks on July 4th. Living spaces are as pictured. However, for a Vacation rental of this caliber, the home lacked proper housekeeping. The cat poop is a problem. The kitchen had minimal serving platters. 3 that were glass or ceramic. With a group of 8 BBQing next to the pool, some aluminum or plastic options would have been safer. Bathroom 2-3 had used bars of soap and no shampoo no face towels. Master shower had 3 random bottles of wash with very little product inside. Our group still had a nice time in spite of the lack of attention to detail. Again, the home is unique and beautiful. It might be better to ask guests to bring their own towels and soap to shower with.

Overall the place was clean, tidy, and aesthetically nice, but unfortunately our stay was really uncomfortable. We booked this for our anniversary trip and were disappointed to find the AC appeared to be capped at 71°, which left the house sitting around 75° the entire time. After spending several hot days traveling through the desert, we were really looking forward to cooling off and relaxing, so this was a major downside for us that we spent most of the time in this house sweating. I do wish this had been made more clear in the listing ahead of time so we could have planned differently. They did send a maintenance guy out who said he could not help us because that’s the way the thermostat was set. Also not a huge issue, but the bath mat at the entrance of the bathroom was soaking wet when we arrived, which was a little gross to step on. Again, the home itself was nice overall, but we personally wouldn’t stay again due to how uncomfortable the temperature was during our visit.

This was a good place to crash after our 4 days on the white rim. However, the towels were still wet even tho they were hanging on the towel rack ready for use. We put them into the dryer to get them properly dry. This place could also use updated sheets and towels and appliances. There was a keurig coffee maker, but no cups.

COCKROACHES, Unit 4A1. the space seemed nice upon arrival. We did notice the hot tub cover tore up and the sediment in the bottom of the tub as though it's not very clean, but there is a communal tub that can be used. the blinds were broken, tears in the covers, ragged carpet, check out is too early, oh yeah and there were "cockroaches" lots of cockroaches. This is the main gripe we have with this place. they did offer to come and solve the problem, but it would have happened while we were gone and our dogs were there, so it didn't work for us. It would be nice if they were more proactive. Upon researching the listings reviews they have like 30 reviews per/wk so I'm guessing it's for the management companies entire portfolio. I did notice a cockroach review from 3 weeks past.I wish they would have taken care of it then. The nice things about the property are: garage, nice size space, good communal amenities. I will never rent from anyone other than superhost f.n.o. $550/nt = gross!
