“Great location, walking distance to restaurants and evening activities in Moab. Nice and clean and place to store bikes. Next time would take an upstairs room for a little less noise.”airbnb

“Beautiful cabin on a beautiful Ranch. Quiet with beautiful views of the moab sunset. About 20 min quick drive to moab but well worth it to feel slightly removed from the busy city but still able to easily drive in and experience it all. Will definitely be back.”airbnb

“Overall the place was clean, tidy, and aesthetically nice, but unfortunately our stay was really uncomfortable. We booked this for our anniversary trip and were disappointed to find the AC appeared to be capped at 71°, which left the house sitting around 75° the entire time. After spending several hot days traveling through the desert, we were really looking forward to cooling off and relaxing, so this was a major downside for us that we spent most of the time in this house sweating. I do wish this had been made more clear in the listing ahead of time so we could have planned differently. They did send a maintenance guy out who said he could not help us because that’s the way the thermostat was set. Also not a huge issue, but the bath mat at the entrance of the bathroom was soaking wet when we arrived, which was a little gross to step on. Again, the home itself was nice overall, but we personally wouldn’t stay again due to how uncomfortable the temperature was during our visit.”airbnb

“This was a good place to crash after our 4 days on the white rim. However, the towels were still wet even tho they were hanging on the towel rack ready for use. We put them into the dryer to get them properly dry. This place could also use updated sheets and towels and appliances. There was a keurig coffee maker, but no cups.”airbnb

“COCKROACHES, Unit 4A1. the space seemed nice upon arrival. We did notice the hot tub cover tore up and the sediment in the bottom of the tub as though it's not very clean, but there is a communal tub that can be used. the blinds were broken, tears in the covers, ragged carpet, check out is too early, oh yeah and there were "cockroaches" lots of cockroaches. This is the main gripe we have with this place. they did offer to come and solve the problem, but it would have happened while we were gone and our dogs were there, so it didn't work for us. It would be nice if they were more proactive. Upon researching the listings reviews they have like 30 reviews per/wk so I'm guessing it's for the management companies entire portfolio. I did notice a cockroach review from 3 weeks past.I wish they would have taken care of it then. The nice things about the property are: garage, nice size space, good communal amenities. I will never rent from anyone other than superhost f.n.o. $550/nt = gross!”airbnb
