“we spent half of our honeymoon in this airbnb! rome was super straight forward and all instructions were very clear…i had no questions! reminders of check in and out were very helpful. the house is the perfect size for a romantic getaway, and was also very clean and smelt amazing lol. the area is amazing and so much to do within walking distance. would definitely recommend!”

“This property was fantastic! We had our own garage, the host was friendly and responsive, the property was gorgeous inside and had everything we needed, and the location was unbeatable! We ended up spending lots of time on the balcony people watching and enjoying the spectacular view. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was great! We were a short walk from excellent food and shopping. I would stay again on our next trip to San Diego!”

“Great Airbnb! Very clean and has a very nice surrounding area to walk through and around. Friendly neighborhood. The inside of place was clean, new, and spacious. Definitely a great place to relax and have family around.”

“The property itself was amazing! The house was great and as described. Perfect location and space. We did have a few communication issues; when staying at a nice luxury property I do expect better service. The property offers grocery delivery, but we were sent the wrong link four times and then the host never resolved the issue. The Bellhopt service responded directly to me with the right link within 20 minutes and stated the host should have it. The outside trash was also not taken from the last guest so was completely full. We had nowhere to take out trash. The host messaged Saturday after check in to see if we needed anything and I responded within an hour regarding where to toss trash and never heard back from them the remainder of the stay. There were also no check out instructions which we didn’t love. Even if the instructions are the housekeeper does everything, it should be disclosed somewhere. Overall we LOVED the property, just lacking in communication for a luxe property.”

“My experience at this Airbnb was mixed.The location was great and convenient,but the condition of the property left a lot to be desired.Upon arrival,we noticed multiple spiders inside the unit,as well as on the rooftop.The second-floor balcony also had visible spider webs,which made it feel like the space hadn’t been properly maintained.While the unit appeared clean at first glance,it felt dusty and somewhat neglected,almost like it had been sitting vacant for a while.A deeper and more detailed cleaning would make a big difference.The biggest concern was security.The garage is accessed by code,but at one point,a random individual in a hood riding a bike was able to open our garage door.Although the code was later changed,we returned after being out all day to find the garage door open,which was unsettling and raised concerns about safety.Overall the location was a highlight but the property needs better maintenance,cleaning,and improved security to provide a more comfortable stay.”
