“The place was perfect for our group, however some of the light fixtures weren’t working correctly and the tv remotes weren’t working. We didn’t use them too much and we were able to connect our phones to the tv and switched a lamp with another bedroom. The place could have been a tad cleaner but was overall a great stay! Steve was very responsive and let us have a late check out which was much appreciated!”

“I lost money because of an honest mistake — that part is on me. What stayed with me was something else: being told that help was possible, but seeing no interest in trying. Everyone is kind when there is nothing to lose. Character shows when someone has the chance to help and chooses not to. Future guests should keep that in mind.”

“The home looked nice and matched the listing, but the experience was disappointing. We were notified just two hours before arrival about a leak from the upstairs shower into the kitchen ceiling, and during our stay water continued to leak onto the kitchen floor while the ceiling was actively falling apart. The hot tub did not work at all, and we only found out once someone came to inspect it after we arrived. The elevator was also out of service. On top of that, the cleaning staff was still in the home until 4:30pm despite a 3pm check-in, which made it difficult to settle in. For the price and expectations, it was frustrating that several key amenities were broken.”
