“Poorly finished, and noisy, internet is slow and inconsistent and television does not work with any of the register apps. Left an item in the Airbnb and reached out within an hour of check out to see if I could reclaim it. Unable to reclaim item. Completely ridiculous.”

“The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the check-in process was stressful, and I found the staff to be unwelcoming. While it is one of the more affordable accommodations in the area, the overall experience was disappointing. I would not stay here again.”

“Was a great stay! A few things though, the floor in the bedroom was very dirty. When my husband and I looked under the bed the dust was caked onto the floor and there were some pieces of trash. The nightstands in the room were covered in stains on what looked like makeup. There were bits of food on the kitchen draw handles. The host expressed in the check in message to not put the thermostat below 70 degrees, and if we got hot we needed to use the fan which wasn’t a problem at all, well the remote was nowhere to be found and the host didn’t seem like they knew where it was either. The temperature was thankfully not too hot in the room, but I can’t imagine what summer would be like. Other than that, the bed was comfy and clean, the room was spacious and the view was pleasant as well.”

“The apartment was a decent stay. The couch was so incredibly stained we wouldn’t even sit on it. The halls smelled of weed even though the rules on the listing said very clearly no smoking. We also had to pay $40 for 1 night of parking which is fine. However, the lot is extremely limited and we ended up having to park in their overflow lot, which is literally a Burger King parking lot. So we paid $40 to park in a fast food lot… I requested that we get our money back from the parking company and nothing has come of that. The bathroom definitely had areas that needed a deep clean, like the seal on the glass door at the bottom.”

“This was an inexpensive last minute airbnb. The location is good. The parking is pricey and was full. I believe there are many very similar rooms in this building. The key card for unlocking the door was more of a challenge to attain but the host was very quick to respond. The room had a lot of scuff marks and damaged walls. The bed was basic and not super comfortable but for a quick cheap sleep it was fine. Overall neat place but not my favorite.”

“The staff is over the top about trash, housekeeping bust in the unit before 10:00am. Just overall very greedy vibe. Didn’t feel like a guest felt like a number. I would not recommend honestly”

“Not happy with our stay and truly considered driving home to avoid sleeping there. Seems like most of these issues are mentioned in countless reviews of this host/place and clearly have yet to be addressed. Host was super responsive and nice so I will give them that. Blood on rollaway mattress, mysterious liquid stain on bathroom wall, hair on nightstand, headboard and in sheets. Huge glob of soap in shower floor, dishes in cabinet were dirty, for extra sleeping surfaces (2)- only one thin sheet and small throw blanket provided, broken coffee table, nauseating stench of marijuana in the building/elevators, excessive noise from people (yelling and running and laughing in hallway well into the middle of the night), ridiculously priced parking ($38) and no guarantee of a spot, no curtains to block out bright street lights, homeless people wandering around the outside area, sirens all night long, only one keycard per unit with a replacement fee if you lose it. Pool table was cool.”

“Nice place but seemed overbearing with telling us the checkout time like told us multiple times seemed a little pushy about checkout times we left 7 minutes before checkout time like we always do when we use air bnb but could have gotten on with one message about checkout times…”
