The management company is quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. Also very friendly and helpful! We would definelty stay again if back in the area.”

“The place was very welcoming, cozy and clean. The complex this apt is in is very safe and offers plenty of parking on site. The host is very responsive and helpful. Unlike other Airbnb’s I have stayed in, this one had more than enough trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc which is a nice bonus for guest. There are so many things to do close by also! If you see thinking about booking…do it!”

“It is much bigger than it looks in the photos! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in, at how much space there was. We came to town for a basketball tournament with our 2 teenagers and we had plenty of room and bathroom space for all of us. The home is beautifully decorated and CLEAN! I could tell someone put a lot of time and thought into making the home comfortable for guests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast for a weekend. It's about a 10 minute drive to restaurants like Red Robin, Blaze Pizza, and SMASH PARK, which our kids enjoyed! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens - blankets, towels etc. It was also nice having a garage to park our car in. I would definitely recommend this home if you ever find yourself needing a place to stay in West Des Moines!”

“We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean, easy to find, and the check-in instructions were clear and simple to follow. The beds were comfortable, and overall everything was well kept. We felt very safe and folks in the complex were very quiet and friendly. We did have a small mishap during our stay when the building custodian accidentally locked the door after changing a filter, and we had to wait about an hour to get back in. It was completely out of the host’s control, and while inconvenient, they handled it professionally and compensated us $50 for the wait, which we appreciated. The furniture was fine overall, though the seating sat very low and deep, which may be a little difficult for older guests to get in and out of. For able-bodied guests, it likely wouldn’t be an issue at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.”

“We are 82 & 83 year old gals who grew up together. We love getting together once a year (at least). Two of us are physically challenged now and cannot do stairs and tubs. This was a perfect spot with no barriers for them which made the stay even better. The unit was perfect and we all loved the homey feel and the full kitchen, especially the full sized refrigerator! Beds were comfortable and cozy. The unit was absolutely spotless! The location is perfect too as it is close to restaurants, theatre, shopping, sports - essentially anything! We all loved our stay! Thank you, Midwest Hospitality! We all agreed this would be perfect for our next get together!”
