“Be aware that their elevators can be very busy. On my checkout day, i waited for 30 mins. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. They charge extra for additional supplies even my stay is one-week long. No dishwasher too which is accurate based on their listing. No frying pot so we had to use stew pot for all cooking. Knifes are too dull. Cutting meat is so hard with their knifes. The room is right beside the trash room and laundry room, giving you some conveniences in washing your clothes and throwing trash.”

“The unit itself was nice and matched the photos. It lacked the kitchen supplies and we had to refill things on our own, which was fine. The check-in process was very clear. However the check-out process was horrendous. We were immediately locked out of the unit at check out time which was not communicated at any point in their instructions. We had to bring our luggage down but were instructed to bring our parking pass back up and take a photo. The elevators were all broken except one. We had to contact the host via text, Airbnb, and phone and physically go to their office onsite while trying to get to the airport. It took about 10-20 minutes of wait time for each elevator and then you can’t even get on because of how busy the place is. It was a generally okay experience until the end.”

“El alojamiento super comodo para 6 personas, y muy lindo. no tenia secador de pelo como decia en la descripcion y a las 10 en punto te cambian el codigo de la puerta, asegurate de sacar las valijas lo antes posible. No me brindaron el codigo de la pileta, no pude aprovecharla. El complejo lindo y accesible a pie, cerca de la playa y locales”

“Loved the location perfect for what we were looking for but the beds are really hard we all slept terribly . The shower head is magnetic so u can’t tilt it a little downwards so it sprays u right in the face . If you try to tilt it down it falls (since it’s a magnet) . The placement of the shower head as well as it not being able to tilt will get the floor wet . My back hurts from sleeping on that mattress for a week”

“The unit is in a great location near the beach, and we loved the inclusion of the beach chairs and umbrella for use. The only negatives to note were that the lock had some issues, our code didn’t work on arrival so we were locked out until the host could provide a master code. There were also hundreds of gnats in the unit from a window being left open between guests, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable but we were given a partial refund which we were extremely grateful for. The host was great with communication throughout and helped resolve the issues well. We would stay here again.”

“La ubicación es muy buena , los utensilios de cocina y algunas lugares del departamento les fala mantenimiento como el lugar clóset que las puertas estaban rotas . Si eres de quedarte en lugares con mucha comodidad este no es el lugar para ti . En relación precio calidad no quedamos conforme, movimos una cama para ponerla más a la orilla para seguridad de mi hija pequeña y estaba realmente sucio habían cucarachas muertas ( no quisimos mover nada mas del departamento ) a la cocina le falta mantenimiento y artículos como cucharas colador etc etc . Para lo que se cobra debería ser todo en perfecto estado. Pero la ubicación es muy buena .”

“Having grown up in Hawaii I knew exactly where the room was located. At the designated smoking area we were approached numerous times by homeless people asking for extra cigarettes & cash which was a bit annoying. The room overall was great and had lots of things to cook with. Wish there been a baking sheet. Improvement suggestions would be to have better lighting in the kitchen. It was very dark and difficult to read the faded knobs on the stove. We only saw 3 or 4 small roaches which isn't awful. They probably entered through the front door since the outside hallway light is visible from inside the room at the bottom of the door. The heated pool & laundry were a plus. Elevators were slow but the host can't control that. Close to beaches and Waikiki. Overall stay was nice.”

“Hi Team, Loved the location and amenities, namely the laundry facility, pool and little mart in the building. Unfortunately the bunk bed was extremely loose, squeaky and seemed unstable, but we had the sofa lounge which was easy to setup with spare linen available. The pool was amazing, loads of sun loungers and sun beaming down until 4/5pm. This is in the month of September. Nice to have the option to cook in-house as it gets a little repetitive dining out. Uber can deliver here without issue as well. Loved the coffee and treats provided - thank you! Jules”

“숙소는 사진과 같아요. 화재경보기 오작동으로 경바원들도 오고. 저희가 머무르는 동안 바람이 많이 불어서 창문 사이로 소리가 엄청 셌어요. 잠을 못 잘 정도였어요. ㅠㅠ 저희가 문풍지를 사서 안방 전 창문에 붙혔어요. 위치도 좋고 시설도 좋아요. 다시 하와이를 간다면 같은 와이키키잔얀의 다른층오로 가보고 싶어요. 로도 가보고 싶어요”

“Unfortunately, this stay was not as restful as expected due to an ongoing beetle/pest issue in the unit. I encountered and removed/killed multiple bugs in the room, and the following morning I woke up with bug bites, which I documented in the Airbnb chat. I also had difficulty accessing the unit at one point and had trouble reaching the host for assistance. To the host’s credit, they did make an effort to inspect the unit and address the pest issue. However, the treatment that was used was intended primarily for flies and gnats rather than the beetles I was encountering, and the beetles continued to return to the room and bed on subsequent nights. I appreciate that the host eventually took steps to mitigate the problem, but the repeated presence of bugs and resulting bites significantly affected my ability to relax and enjoy the vacation.
