“Perfect location to walk downtown. Michael was a very pleasant and responsive host.”

“It was a great place for a two night stay. Very easy walk to downtown. Gravel/dirt lot, so rain can cause mud and puddles. Great bathroom - lighting, shower, etc. If you want to cook, kitchen has everything available - very updated and clean. Very cozy front room with smart TV. Comfortable bed, dual luggage stands. Lots of closet space for hanging clothes, as well as a large dresser. Very unique building made of pink marble. Due to a door code failure, we couldn't get in right away, and we were unable to reach Michael, so we couldn't use the place to change before dinner. He did reach out during dinner, and evidently the door code was reset due to power outage from a storm. Other than that snafu, the stay was great. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it's just a very short walk downtown, so no need to worry about parking, etc.”

“The listing says it is 2 bedrooms. It is one bedroom and a bed in an open loft. The back bathroom does not have a heating/air register in the bathroom. It was below freezing when we were there. We had to leave the door open for it to be moderately warm. The ice maker did not work. When I asked about it, I was told by code the ice maker cannot work. Our neighbor's (same host) ice maker was just fine. When we came in, the microwave door was open which seemed strange. When I closed it I understood. It made a loud buzzing noise. When it was open, the light was on all the time. It is in a great location with just steps to the square, shopping and great restaurants.”
