“pesima experiencia. encontrar la entrada trasera de los departamentos en difícil y no está indicado en las instrucciones. las sábanas. el estado general del apartamento y sis instalaciones con pésimas. el aire condicionado suena de manera terrible lo que imposibilita el descanso. precio calidad: muy caro para lo que es. en verdad esta en un condominio muy precario.”

“Destaco ubicacion, vas caminando a la playa. Un super cerca que te resuelve todo. Lo que lamento es que el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso, era un aparato viejo. Por momentos la senal de wifi se iba, si bien nos facilitaron otra red tampoco era buena.”

“Confirm through Airbnb but then have to do a whole separate process on their end before they release any details. Haven’t had to do that before. Also found cockroaches everywhere. Super grossss”

“Si bien el departamento era tal cual se describia creo que hay detalles que pueden mejorar la estadia. Poder hacer el checkin mas flexible teniendo en cuenta que no habia huesped anterior. Que te reciban con una botella de agua fria, no habia ni un repasador, no hay elementos de cocina mas alla de los cubiertos. El valet parking si bien son muy amables tardan mucho, llegue a esperar 20 min para que me den el auto y aproximado 10/15 para que me lo reciban sin importar la hora. La ubicación no es la mejor ya que esta en medio de los 2 puentes que comunican miami beach con miami, por lo tanto el shopping mas cercano esta a 45 min, y un walmart a 25, sin trafico. El edificio si bien es antiguo cumple con lo esperado y la gente es muy amable.”

“I just check in, opened the door, notice that the unit was not reasonable for me and my son and immediately we left. i asked for some money return, at least half the money, but Zerooo return. Avoid these place, it is not worth!”

“You get what you pay for. There were problems with bugs and the host was very responsive but still something you don’t want to deal with. Location is amazing but the place itself is a fairly cheap old apartment.”

“The place didn’t match the pictures. The floor wall and the whole apartment was signed down. Returning to maintenance. The door didn’t have a number so we couldn’t find it. The mattresses are pretty beat up.”

“Not a terrible place however a little misleading by the reviews. 1) they were very slow to answer!! Like Airbnb says their respond time is 6 hours!! I was trying to get in and figure out where to go and have to wait a while before they responded. 2) as soon as we got in GNATS galore!!! Like at least 10!! Needs ALOT of UPGRADES!!! And 3) finally, when we were about to sleep we checked the pillows and sheets and we found little bugs in the “protective” pillow cases. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable night. We slept in the small couch in the living room that was very uncomfortable.”
