MiaMio Hospitality
4.55
MiaMio Hospitality's guest rating of 4.55 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The interior was nice and clean. In the second bathroom where no shampoo. But the worst was the people on the second floor, kids running around - very loud. Packing their bags at 1am and checking out early. Parking in the back and having a narrow walkway with gravel to the front.”airbnb

“They have extremely poor service! They charged me a refundable deposit for parking spot and is not returned yet and I have to spend my time asking for the refundable deposit. The stove wasn’t working and they couldn’t provide with an alternative for my stay. For anything and everything they have just one thing to say- will talk to management and share an update.”airbnb

“The place is nice. Just the three days we stayed the elevator never worked, we have to use the stairs al the time.”airbnb

“check in was good but the next day the elevator stopped working and we were on the 3rd floor for 7 days. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING $20 daily amd the unit was so dirty on surfaces and the walls i’m not sure why they can’t repaint those walls just eww. the door in the master room where the vent is is broken and fell on us even after we put it on the wall. no stove just hot plate…. AC probs, one tea cup lol its a fewww things and the gate for where we parked was left open for 5 days out of the 7 days we stayed so our cars weren’t secured. being that the elevator was broke we had to use a other door and it was always homeless people on the steps or across the road so we didn’t really feel safe and the entire building is for girls who got their body done you will definitely see alot of bloody females just coming from surgery or post op care its not somewhere you want to go for vacationing. host was annoying and bothering us to check out early before check out time probably had guests that”airbnb

“The place was very convenient for the location. However, upon arrival it was as if the place had to been cleaned properly. The bathroom had stains & random hair in it as well as MOLD in the bathroom. These conditions made me & my guest very uncomfortable & even caused us to become sick. We also experienced ants in the window seal as well as one crawling in the bed. The faucet in the bathroom was VERY slow to drain often causing it to overflow which is not ideal at allll. Would NOT recommend.”airbnb

“The stay was decent overall, but there were a few issues that should be addressed. There were stains in several areas, and the entire place would benefit from a thorough cleaning. The listing says the unit sleeps six, but only one key fob was provided. That made things inconvenient since our group had to move together or someone had to stay behind if another person needed to run an errand. There is also no quick solution if someone gets locked out, which added unnecessary stress. After checkout, we were questioned about where the garage opener was left. We had placed it in a visible spot before leaving. It felt odd having to explain where it was when it was easy to find within seconds, which made the situation feel like our refundable fee might have been at risk unnecessarily.”airbnb

“Great location for the price. However, they offer early check in and later checkout for no reason. We requested it a week in advance and was given a negative response. We tried again, day of, and was given same response. They lack essentials like enough body towels for a 3+ day trip. They have no stove or oven. They also have no available parking unless you pay $20/day. Overall, this is a cute place to consider because of the location and price. But you get what you pay for and there’s a lot of critical items they miss the mark on when it comes to hospitality.”airbnb

“I’ve never given any location less than five stars. This went from nice to a nightmare and they wouldn’t resolve it. I ended up walking into my room on a man in the shower . When I wanted to leave, they withheld my things. My stay was flexible within a set overall duration so we agreed in writing to extending a few days at a time. Each check out day I’d confirm extending, they’d give me rates for multiple options, I’d select one, and pay. Sometimes they completed the process after check out but always that day. This time I did the same thing and told I had to go to an appointment. There wasn’t good cell service. When I returned that afternoon, a man and woman were in the shower and all my things gone. I contacted the host. They wouldn’t tell me where my things were, They said it was after check out but they’d completed prior extensions after checkout. I found them when a guest in another room opened his door and I saw my suitcases in an adjacent area.”airbnb
