“Excellent”

“We wanted to stay in Coconut Grove for our girls trip this year. The location was perfect and walkable to everything that we wanted to do. The lobby of the building is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. We rented both units which is like two hotel rooms with one being more like a studio apartment with a kitchen and dinette. The units were both very clean and beautifully decorated. We did miss having a comfortable area to hang out and visit with each other while in the unit. There is an armchair in the one area and we would just pull up a kitchen chair and the other two would sit on the bed. We were out and about a lot so this wasn't a huge deal and I would stay there again. Lots of shopping and a large variety of restaurants too! The pool area is also a great spot to gather and it has amazing views.”

“This is our fourth stay in one of Lorelei listings at the Arya Hotel. Everything was great. Apartment was very clean and roomy, filled with lots of amenities, Keurig, coffee, laundry, clean towels, etc. Huge balcony with a great view. Walking distance to everywhere in Coconut Grove. I loved my morning walks along the Marina. We enjoyed restaurants and smoothie shops close by. Perfect place for us to stay when visiting our daughter at U Miami. Lorelei was very responsive to all of our last-minute questions, etc.”

“This was my first stay at Lorelei‘s. Although the interior of the hotel/condo building shows its age in some places, entering Lorelei‘s apartment is like entering another world. Bright, airy, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything one could need. The furniture and bed were comfortable, the AC worked great, and I appreciated the „homey“ touch lent by the various paintings and curios. The check-in and checkout instructions with photos were the clearest I have ever received, and the one time I reached out to Lorelei, she responded immediately. I will definitely return!”

“We had a good stay overall. The property is in a hotel building that also has condos, so there is always a front desk and check-in, which made arrival and departure very easy. It was also convenient for Ubers and within close walking distance of Coconut Grove, which we loved. The reason I’m not giving this five stars is our first night was pretty rough. There is a club next door that gets very loud on Thursday nights for college night, and we were not warned about it. The music went until 2 a.m., and since it was our first night, we worried it would be like that for our entire stay. The host was fairly dismissive about it the next morning, which was disappointing. It wasn’t until we called the front desk ourselves that we learned it only happens once a week. If you are planning to stay here on a Thursday night and plan to be home/asleep before 1am, just be aware that you will want serious earplugs. If you will be out of dont mind this noise - this is a great spot!”

“The apartment itself was clean and in a nice location, which made getting around easy and convenient. Unfortunately, our experience with the host was disappointing. Prior to booking, I specifically asked about the condition of the AC and the sleeper sofa, and Lorelei assured me everything was in good working order. When we arrived, the AC was extremely loud and the sleeper sofa was broken, which made it difficult for part of our group to use it as intended. When I raised this with the host, she was not willing to acknowledge the issue or offer any partial refund or resolution. The apartment has potential because of the location and cleanliness, but I wish the listing and communication had been more transparent.”
