“The unit was not bad, but the location is not walking distance to anywhere. The unit is very bland, definitely not worth the price. Again not bad, but I was expecting something better. The condo complex is huge and it feels like a hosting project.”

“Old unit needed lots of maintenance. Dishes needed to be cleaned when we got there, mold in bathrooms, cracks in grout and shower handle falling off. Air conditioning can’t be set below 74 or unit will freeze up so it never fully cooled off. When air did go on it was so loud it woke us up from sleeping. We booked this location due to the heated pool and passed over many less expensive options with unheated pools. The pool heat was “broken” at both pools and then I was told most of the properties turn heat off around early March when we were there. They were nice when I called and were responsive. They sent us two other locations to go swim at but sadly they were 15-20 mins away and we only had one rental car. This just wasn’t as advertised”

“Some great features and some weaknesses that did not justify the price. Cleanliness, Location, The Host, and Facility with the exception of the Pool were first rate. The facility management did not engage the pool heater rendering it unusable to everyone at the facility. To spend 3-weeks in Arizona, pay top dollar, and not be able to use a pool through multiple days of 75+ weather was very disappointing to say the least. Even residents wouldn't use it. Facility Management was unresponsive to queries. Unit was fresh, clean, and bright, but all furniture is extremely old, "weathered", and uncomfortable. Balcony Door was difficult, the unit lacks closet space, and furniture needs a refresh as it feels 25+ years old and worn. Having said that, Location and Management Provided amenities were great. In our opinion, given the price, we would not stay here again, but would stay in a better Meridian Condo's rental. At the end of the day, this unit is overpriced given its problems.”
