“Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Perfectly situated beach to town. Great local restaurants, shopping, hiking and beach combing. We were aged 6 - 60 and everyone loved the stay!! The hot tub and game rooms were a huge plus!”

“The house, view and location are stunning! Kitchen is nice but not set up for serving anything on platters. And note: this property does not supply shampoo or conditioner or lotion. We Missed that in the pre-read and were surprised so had to run out to the store while in a rush to get ready for a wedding. Otherwise was lovely and so spacious with amazing art and a homey feel”

“While the views are gorgeous the house is very run down. There is lots of visible water damage and mold coupled with an overwhelming mold smell in all of the house. The master bathroom has a strong cat litter smell along with the laundry room and garage. Not a single fan on the property our first day in town was the air was still and the house was around 80 degrees inside even though it was only 66 outside. The only windows in both the main bedrooms that could be opened did not have screens on them. No shampoo, conditioner, body soap provided. Would have been nice to know before hand so we could prepare. No wifi or cell service at the property but there is a starlink on the roof that guests are not given access to. It all just added up to the house being an upsetting experience for the price we paid. While the view is unbelievably gorgeous and incredibly relaxing outside of the house the inside is bad. We would not rent again through this rental company personally”

“My Cloud is a wonderful and cozy place to stay. This is our 4th or 5th stay and each time is better than the last. This stay however we were so pleasantly surprised to see so many upgrades. The homes exterior was freshly painted and all new windows. The landscaping is well taken care of. We loved the new mattress in “our” room and the new bedding was lovely. Wonderful fresh new white towels were provided in abundance. We found the house exceptionally clean and tidy with wonderful welcoming touches throughout. Several stylish throws available for those chilly evenings. The only suggestion we have for improvement is changing the 5K lightbulbs to 2.7K. The bright light over the dining room table and elsewhere emit a cold tone and is off putting. Otherwise, we highly recommend this lovely home filled with warmth, books galore and the best fireplace!”

“They require guest to sign a rental agreement. They repeatedly sent the agreement by text which I couldn't read on sign on my phone. I suspect they have their process automated so that you don't deal with a human at each contact. When I emailed a question, the only response was, we sent you e-guide. Its like a distant, sterile, disconnected machine. They don't supply shampoo. The interior is very nice. Everything's functional. Nothing broken. The hot tub water isn't hot enough. The views are tremendously spectacular!”
