“Bringing our mother in law for treatments at MDA we were looking for a safe neighborhood. Our accommodation here was very safe with gated parking. The apartment was very nice and clean. The pool was beautiful although we didn’t get to use as much as we had wished. The pictures of the apartment and grounds were exactly what we had hoped for. We highly recommend this listing and if we are ever in need again we will definitely be sending a request!”

“We were without air for the entire week We reached out over and over again and someone came and said he would be back and never did. The pool was nasty, the jacuzzi was cool. The shower was broke. The refrigerator was nasty.There were rodents .I will never book again.”

“All would have been okay if they would have responded to my complaint. The toilet didn’t work in the master bedroom. There were roaches in both restrooms. The smell from one of the beds was horrible and yellow stains on the sheets and blanket. I am 7 months pregnant and it made me gag if I was in the room. The odor was strong! After sending a message to them they didn’t respond or try to fix any of the issues. I will not be a returning guest.”

“While staff accommodated an early check-in, the positives ended there. The apartment was not properly maintained or cleaned. Because my father was recovering from surgery, I needed a sanitary space, but I had to clean the unit myself at my own expense and purchase cleaning supplies. The kitchen was especially concerning, there were roaches, the dishwasher was dirty, and dishes had visible food residue and buildup. The cleaning staff put away the unclean dishes, which wasn’t discovered until one cup was already in use. I requested a clean mop, the one left in the unit was dirty, but no one brought one, even though it was stated they would. I shared photos and concerns with management. While they apologized, no action was taken to resolve the issues. The lack of follow-through and accountability was disappointing. Overall, it seems management prioritizes profit over proper maintenance and guest well-being. Please take your loved ones elsewhere.”
