“This location was precisely what we needed for our medical stay in the Houston Medical Center. Due to all the walking we did in the hospital and the fact we made multiple trips throughout the day to check on our pup, we were not able to walk to the medical district and save parking fees . Despite being an aged facility, it has been well cared for as well as updated and supplied all we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The door lock is a bit tricky, but once you master it- it works like a charm. We found the unit to be very quiet and the parking garage a welcome convenience.”

“My stay at this Airbnb was about 40 days. The entire time I was very comfortable here. I enjoyed the electric recliner and after long days I fell asleep in it. The complex is secure and safe. I especially loved the covered parking spot which was only a few feet from the Airbnb front door. The swimming pool was close by also. The location was very close to all my appointments in the Medical Center area. I will be returning to Houston and with advance planning I’ll aim to stay at this Airbnb”

“Conveniently located - close to TMC, walkable area for groceries, pharmacy, restaurants. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and clean. Short walk from parking to apartment. I would recommend for anyone having to be in the area for medical.”

“As a recent guest, I appreciated that the instructions were clear. The Place is spacious and calm. I did notice some pillows and towels on the floor and some trash sitting outside. It would be helpful if the property’s condition could be checked before each guest’s arrival to ensure a comfortable stay.”

“While staff accommodated an early check-in, the positives ended there. The apartment was not properly maintained or cleaned. Because my father was recovering from surgery, I needed a sanitary space, but I had to clean the unit myself at my own expense and purchase cleaning supplies. The kitchen was especially concerning, there were roaches, the dishwasher was dirty, and dishes had visible food residue and buildup. The cleaning staff put away the unclean dishes, which wasn’t discovered until one cup was already in use. I requested a clean mop, the one left in the unit was dirty, but no one brought one, even though it was stated they would. I shared photos and concerns with management. While they apologized, no action was taken to resolve the issues. The lack of follow-through and accountability was disappointing. Overall, it seems management prioritizes profit over proper maintenance and guest well-being. Please take your loved ones elsewhere.”
