“Sunshine Cottage was beautiful and perfect for a getaway to Jacksonville Beach. The home is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The best part of our stay was the heated pool. Coco is also a great host. She’s very responsive and gave us all the info we needed for a seamless stay. We would definitely return!”

“Perfect location for my family of four. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach, restaurants and park for pickleball. The house was in great condition and the pool was perfect. They had everything for the beach and for outdoor relaxing you could need. Coco was an excellent host and made our stay extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This was a great value for my wife and 3 young adult kiddos to stay at a very spacious home with a 2 minute walk to the beach! Definitely better on the wallet than a hotel. It is easily accessible by the main roads and has a Dollar General less than 1000 feet away for those last minute forgotten items. The balcony provides a nice area to relax and the extra large sliding glass door allows for that nice Florida beach air to breeze into the main living area. The master shower is extremely spacious and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well-apportioned with most everything you should need. This is the absolute CLEANEST AirBnB/VRBO/vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Their restaurant recommendations are spot-on! If I’m ever back in Jacksonville, I will definitely look to see if this home is available again!”

“So many wonderful things to say about this home. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. It was clean, beds were comfy, pool and backyard amazing, lots to do with our kids of all ages, close to everything and such a sweet friendly neighborhood! We didn’t want to leave :) the house came with everything you needed and more. Plenty of clean towels and laundry/kitchen supplies. Bonus for the great coffee pods and stevia. Coco let us check in early as we were evacuating for the hurricane at home. Truly the best time had by us all and we can’t wait to come back. Felt so relaxed and plenty of space for all of us!! Thank you so much for sharing with us!!”

“Coco was very responsive with any questions or concerns. The place is absolutely beautiful! Me and my 4 children fit perfectly. This is nothing against this amazing place, just for info, if you have someone handicapped the bathrooms will not allow them to bring in their rollator walkers. Fortunately, my daughter was able to hold onto the sinks and move about. I loved, lived, loved this place!!! Highly recommended! 5 stars plus. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us. “We had a wonderful stay! Coco did a great job making sure everything was thought of, including beach items, pool toys, as well as a night light in the twin bed room (I thought that was a nice touch if you're traveling with kids). There were plenty of towels to use for the pool and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was super clean. The king bed in the master was so super soft and comfy! The beach was about an 8 minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. We did try the brunch haus that was recommended by Coco and it was great. We would love to stay again. Thank you!”
