“We all loved this house so much. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were beautiful, the kitchen was huge, the pool was amazing. The host responsiveness was super fast, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again 100%! Absolutely 10/10 recommend!”

“Wow, what a beautiful home to vacation in! It had everything we needed and was true to their pictures. It was located on a quiet street and it felt like our own little oasis. Pool was clean and beautiful ambient lighting at night. The a/c kept the house very cool from the heat outside. All the rooms were as described and very clean. It was perfect for out family of 12 in all categories. The beach was literally 3-5 away woth tons of little side streets to pay for parking at the beach. Then the opposite direction was all the stores we could need. We were very happy with our stay. We needed to just communicate/ask a few things with Katie and everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. It was a great trip.”

“Overall we give it 5 stars with how responsive Katie was! If we had questions or issues about anything she was proactive about it and responded within the hour. The place had everything and more for an Airbnb. The only thing we would suggest is adding more things to do in the game room, and the place needed a really good clean job. However, it’s an Airbnb so it was what we expected. Great location, and we loved our stay. We would go back!”

“We had a great stay. Plenty of space for our group of 14! We enjoyed the pool and the house is close to the beach. It was about a 3 min drive and we never had an issue finding parking. Katie was extremely responsive. Highly recommend !”

“So we booked another house with this management group, but the ac went out in said house. The team was able to promptly move my work crew to another house very close by. My guys showed up after business hours to check in and the code given wasn't correct. With that being said, I called and their team worked to get us in promptly. I appreciate them working to accommodate us and meet our needs, even after regular business hours. The house and dock were gorgeous here and my guys loved it.”

“Katie was so welcoming, responsive, and professional. The cottage was wonderful, like stepping into a postcard. Kayaking out on the gulf was a fun experience. Watching the bats was incredible. The neighbors were friendly. I adore this place!!!”

“This charming condo directly on the water was perfect for an absolute dream weekend. We spent hours on the giant porch outside just watching the shore, the many birds, the ever-changing sky, and the boats floating on by. The condo had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and seating areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The grounds were perfectly manicured and tidy, and it was easy to walk to town in just a few minutes. We highly recommend renting a golf cart, so much fun to tool around in. Highly recommend Katie‘s place for anyone seeking a respite from the daily grind. Pure heaven.🌞🌺🐬”

“Beautiful peaceful sanctuary immersed in the Florida natural gulf coastal marshes. The entire island is private, quiet, friendly, serene. This was the perfect getaway to relax and recharge. The upper and lower decks were perfect for sitting outside, meditating, yoga, reading, relaxing. There is one kayak you’ll have to bring your own PFD for that or you can fish off the dock stretching out to the inlet keys. All was a perfect island adventure and retreat. Very, very nice communicative host with tons of local recommendations. Everything is walkable too just be sure to bring bug spray and sunscreen! Would stay again 10/10 also the place was well kept & decorated with tons of space, Bluetooth speakers & big upgraded smart TVs which are much appreciated in living room and bedroom.”
