“The stay was at the Emerald Grande. The staff was lovely and very helpful! There’s amenities that came with the stay that we weren’t aware of at the time of booking, like the indoor and outdoor pools, the shuttle to the private island, all the restaurants with elevator access. The hotel stay was more than we expected! Very spacious and a beautiful view! The host however, was unresponsive, didn’t give clear instructions for check in, didn’t send the information to the hotel on time. We were extremely stressed during our check in with no way to contact our host. The front door staff were able to somehow dig into all the reservations they had and find our reservation. I would definitely book again at this location, but not through this host.”

“The host wasn’t listed with the front desk as being a host with the property. We had paid and confirmed our stay. We ended up sitting in the lobby while we waited for a response for over an hour. Then had to find a new booking. It was the first time this has ever happened but a major turn off. We ended up finding a place last minute that was nearby but paid a lot more for it to be close to where we needed to be.”

“One of the best ducked off/private spots in Myrtle Beach. Noise free with great views! The pictures matched what the condo looked like. It was very clean. Maxx Vacay was very responsive before and throughout the stay. This place is in a great location right by the Tanger outlets and in the Kingston Plantation area!”

“If you’re looking for a ski in ski out situation know this place has a shuttle involved only or moors and not the entire mountain. That’s fine just know before you book. Everything is generally great with this place.”
