“We loved this property!!! The pool is GIGANTIC and the house is laid out so perfectly. It’s always nice to have a garage to park in. The kitchen is so stocked and the appliances are upgraded. The water filter and hot water off of the tap!!!! What an amazing bonus. The double shower in the master bathroom and the backyard were great. I could go on and on. The beds are comfortable. There is beach stuff in the garage! We would book again or stay a month in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this property.”

“Great stay!! Loved watching the birds and dolphins off the dock. Very peaceful to sit out and drink our morning coffee. Our favorite restaurant Lee Be fish is within walking distance. We biked to Borrow for breakfast. Great location in Old Marco.”

“*Wonderful stay!* This apartment was exactly what we hoped for — right in front of the beach with an amazing view. Waking up to the ocean was incredible. The place was super clean, cute, and had a fun vibe throughout. Everything was spotless and well thought out. Highly recommend — we’d book again in a heartbeat!”

“Items listed in the starter packs that were to be included in the starter pack were not provided. There were chairs for the beach but no wagon to haul everything down. Wagons are typical for a beach rental. There were bugs that crawled in under the front door nightly. Shortly after sunset, we had just come in from the balcony and there was a man BANGING on our door. We opened the door and he started loudly ranting about the lights in the living room must be turned off along with the blinds being closed due to the sea turtles or we would receive a $550 fine. We understand the lights need blocked, it is unreasonable to expect guests to sit in darkness in fear of being fined. The elevators went down. We called and let the rental company know. They said they called the condo company and they are aware of the issue however they are not able to assist us. We climbed stairs multiple times to the 9th floor carrying an infant and groceries. There was no concern of the situation.”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay! The house is beautiful and the view out back is amazing! The pool and hot tub were a big part of why we booked and it did not disappoint! Any shopping and dining is only a short distance away so you aren’t spending most of your vacation in the car! The pool table was an added bonus that made the stay all the more fun. It’s nice being able to have things to do at the house when you don’t always feel like going out. We will 100% be booking again!”

“This house is brand new and a great set up for groups with 3 small bedrooms on one side and the primary suite off the kitchen. The tile that is around the pool in the outdoor area is extremely slippery when wet and made us nervous to walk around after the kids got out of the pool. We had a nice stay but felt very nickle and dimed by the rental company and there were things that could have been improved to make the stay more seamless for guests. Things like not having a bath towel per person on the reservation, one towel in the kitchen for a week stay, empty propane tank on the outdoor grill, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 2 washing machine tablets, 30 mL of soap... it felt a little silly considering how nice the house was.”

“This house has the potential to be great, but fell short. The pluses are the location with easy access for walking, biking and getting to the beach and restaurants. We loved the bikes and rode them everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the house and bedrooms were very spacious. The pool was huge and the outdoor covered patio was our hang out spot. But the house fell short. The exterior of the house, especially the landscaping was terrible. There was not one bush around the pool so everyone on San Marco Road would see the entire pool & pool deck. The photos on the website showed bushes and privacy. The whole yard is dirt & the walkway to the canal is old. Some amenities were advertised but not available, parking in the garage (car was in it), separate office (door was locked). The showers were old & outdated. The kitchen had all mismatched dishes & was not organized. Both toasters were tiny & cheap. One did not work & almost caught fire. Doorwall from kitchen barely worked.”

“This listing did not provide advertised paradise. Sustained, extremely loud construction noise 4/7 days made it unusable for rest or remote work. Host Andrew stated per Rental Agreement, noise was simply a risk of renting. We saw ants in 3 rooms, even after spraying. When I raised concerns, Andrew said it made them “feel uncomfortable” & offered a “$215 good-faith refund” only if I agreed not to leave a negative review. He said “we were kind enough to offer you the opportunity to vacate” despite the fact we could leave anytime and forfeit payment. None of the blinds block light for sleep. D/S blinds don’t provide privacy at night & don’t block daytime light/heat. D/S AC is very loud & insufficient. Very uncomfortable bunk beds - I (100lbs) sank nearly to base & plastic covering caused sweating. After booking, Andrew repeatedly messaged on What$App despite request to communicate on Airbnb, including from second# after blocking first. They also emailed many ads until unsubscribing twice.”
