“The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. The jacuzzi was great while it was raining. The space was perfect for me and my girlfriend. We loved staying there and we were grateful that Lori let us book the cabin for the weekend.”airbnb

“This was one of the nicest cabins I have stayed in. It is as strong as it is beautiful. I am not much on decor, but I will say the black bear and cabin theme was well executed. The layout makes sense, kitchen, dining, living room were very comfortable for our group of four. One very large bedroom upstairs with a big and small bed. Two bedrooms downstairs, on small one large. Bathroom on each floor. Everyone in my party agreed we would stay here again. FYI, This is a cabin outside of town on top of a small mountain ridge. So no concerns of flooding there. Winter snow/ice might be tricky. There is no easy wheelchair access, but the walk from parking to front door is only about 30’, with about 5 railroad tie steps down and two steps up. Nothing steep. Once inside a jazzy fit everywhere needed. Even to the back deck. The off road parking is big enough for two vehicles. The turn around is big enough for a truck and medium trailer.”airbnb

“Secluded! Easy to find. Close to town, but far enough away! Responsive hosts. I would suggest new couches as the current ones are visibly worn. Other than that, great stay and would book again!”airbnb

“Beyond being clean, spacious, comfortable, close to town (yet far enough away to feel in the peaceful mountains), this spot had the added benefit of being a bird watchers paradise. Not bad for the sunrise enthusiast either. Two barred owls and a passing black bear for neighbors kept us good company. Otherwise, a quiet spot worth coming back to.”airbnb

“I had a mixed experience with this stay. While the location and overall setup had potential, there were several issues that impacted our comfort. The bathtub area showed signs of mold, and we heard noises that sounded like bats during the night, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, some amenities were not functioning as expected. I did reach out after the stay regarding these concerns, but the resolution offered did not fully reflect the severity of the issues. If these problems are addressed, this could be a much better place to stay, but based on my experience, I would recommend future guests double-check cleanliness and functionality upon arrival”airbnb
